I used Hensley Plumbing through my home warranty for a leaking toilet, he fixed our problems quickly, and even gave us a deal on one of the parts that wasn’t covered because it needed to be fixed. He was nice and personable, I would use again!

We had issues a few years back with our pipes freezing and busting several times in just a few weeks. He eventually told us we would spend less money if we just replaced our pipes with pex piping. He did a great job! Havent had a problem since. No, he is not professional, he is personal and friendly. I did not see this as a negative.
This cold snap has busted the pipes in our well house and George is the first person I called.

Big job with lots of problems with old plumbing. George and his crew did a great job of replacing the water line as well as finding sewer problem that we didn't know about. I will be happy to use them again.

Do not call this guy. Total waste of your time. I had a outside faucet leaking called this guy. He said he would be there that evening or first thing in the morning. Never showed up.

After calling Mr Hensley and explaing an issue I had he told me it would be a day or two before he could get to it I was able to work around the problem after the 3rd day I called a professional company that resolved the issue the same day and now 14 days later still have not heard from him ... save yourself the frustration of this amature and call a professional company.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY. He is not professional at all. He will waste your time and not show up to his appointments. He has been lying to me for almost a week. Don't waste your time.
