The secretary answered and not only gave me reference to closest shop she kept in contact with me until I was safely back on the road. Then she assisted with filing a claim. Matt is awesome. There was a tornado go through our town 200 yards from my house on a Sunday evening. When I woke up the next morning I had already received a text msg from him asking if we were ok. I had an insurance claim on a house I own. It received wind damage on roof, siding, and patio. I was very happy in the timely manner that Matt and Country company handled my claim. I wish it covered tree removal because 2 giant trees blew down. But the adjuster said it doesn’t cover unless it hits the house. Which luckily it didn’t.
Matt made a stressful time as pleasant as possible.

Matt always takes the time to thoroughly explain my coverages and any recommendations he might have but with no sales pressure.
