I'm a new customer, and I have to say that Michael and the rest of his crew are very professional - start to finish. I went in due to some rough idling and high pre-cat O2 readings on my new sensor (installed elsewhere). I paid for a code scan, and my car was inspected for physical issues in the process. Lo and behold, my exhaust manifold had been rethreaded incorrectly elsewhere; therefore, my O2 sensor was on crookedly. Michael actually walked me over to see it with my own eyes and also showed me other issues my car had. Thank you very much! I have great confidence in your ability to troubleshoot any car problem one may have. Much appreciated!

We have used this business for car care for the past 10 years and have always been very well taken care of. Repairs were done in a timely manner, they were happy to do servicing with short notice if it was needed, and they were even generous enough to do a 200 mile tow for us when we were broken down on the reservation and had no access to roadside assistance. We will continue to use them for all our vehicle needs because we know it will be done properly and with care. We love the family who runs it, too.

These guys go our of their way to make sure you have everything you need to get your car done. If they miss something on an estimate, they will do a follow up call with you to advise and no extra charge. Very friendly and thorough.

Another great service from American Car and Truck. Jared, Paul, Willie and Wes provided great personable service from the beginning. The maintenace was done in a fantastic manner, my suspension know takes bumps and road noise like a new vehicle (its a 2003). Any and all needed parts were shopped for, saving me hundreds of dollars. A real great, honest, and professional business. They’ve always helped me out and have excellent customer service. They do a fantastic job at taking care of their customers, and for that reason I will continue taking my car here for all my service needs. I think its important to have a shop that is trustworthy and these guys go above and beyond to ensure total satisfaction.

My sister has been looking for a car and we wentvto American Car & Truck Care, to assess 2 different vehicles for us. It was only $49.99 for a mechanic to look under the vehicles and check for any kinds of leaks, damage or unusual sounds or smells. They gave us a report of what needed to be fixed along with an estimate of repairs. They were very thorough and gave their honest opinion on the value of both vehicles. We will definitely use them again.

They are fair and honest with general repair work. The owner Wes actually gave me a ride home the first time I went in. They seem to have trouble keeping consistent help in the front, but I've used them for 6 years and have been pleased. Much better than going to any dealership for any kind of repair.

Excellent service, and very professional. They take care of their customers. If something isn't done right, let them know and they'll fix their mistake. Never worried about my vehicle taking it here.

So grateful for American Car and Truck Care in Farmington! They have always gone above and beyond to make sure my cars are taken care of. From routine servicing, oil changes, to making sure I have the best tires for my needs and making sure my car is running not just the way it should, but better. Communication is KEY! And they do just that.

They stand behind there work, they may not be the cheapest in town but the work and customer service is well worth the price.
