Eldon License Office/DMV

The day was clean, and customers were processed through very quickly. Brittany was fast, efficient and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to get a lien release from the previous owners so that the car could be licensed and taxes paid. This was truly the best experience I have ever had at any DMV in the State of MO. Everyone in the license office was friendly and made the customers feel welcome.

Shirley had an extremely rude and disrespectful man show up without his proper document that took nearly an hour to complete his ridiculous inconsiderate needs. Shirley handled it better than I did and still showed professionalism at its finest! She completed my situation within 7 minutes at most.
Everyone up in Eldon has always done their jobs professionally and efficiently over the past five years that I’ve been being served there. The only thing I would say is to try and let people know what exactly they do need for the different services when people do show up otherwise they need to not waste everyone else’s time. I think this could be done by putting the requirements on your website or on Google maps or just letting them know when they call because otherwise most people don’t know exactly what they will be needing to validate their particular situation.

Walked in the door and never even sat down before Shirley called me and the elderly woman I had brought to come be seated at her station. She was patient, fast and courteous. And we were out the door in about 10 minutes. We sure hit the jackpot - timewise and clerk wise.

Our visit to the Eldon License Office was quick and pleasant. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes, CJ greeted us and Shirley helped my daughter get her permit processed. Both ladies made this 1st time experience a good one for our daughter. Thank you!

Brittany is the clerk that helped me. She went above and beyond helping me with an issue I had for somewhere around 2 months. She checked daily and let me know what was going on with the situation. I’m so thankful for her taking it upon herself to stick with me the whole time, until things were solved. Thank you Brittany! The staff at the Eldon office are all very pleasant to work with too. I appreciate all of them.

Shirley is the best. She’s very friendly, helpful and professional. She made my experience with the license bureau a real pleasure. The Department is lucky to have her. Thank you Shirley.

Great experience at the license bureau today… I was able to pay the sales tax and get the license on my new car and get my driver license renewed all within 1/2 hour! Shirley helped me with my DL and was awesome! I did not get the ladies name that helped me with my license and sales tax but she was great also…

Shirley knew exactly what paperwork I needed to give her I order to get a Missouri drivers license. She was attentive and guided me through all the steps with a kind voice and a smile! Thank you!

Kris at the Eldon License Office was awesome! She helped me get through everything I had to do to license a new vehicle with a smile on her face and super friendly attitude. Wonderful experience. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Shirley helped me obtain a new driver's license but I also dealt with another clerk who was also very pleasant but unfortunately I did not get her name.

Clean, organized, & super friendly and helpful. They moved along quite quickly, given the amount of people to be seen. Shirley was the most kind and professional I’ve ever dealt with at a DMV! Also, it smelled pleasant and seating was plentiful and spaced out comfortably. Never will I go to Camdenton again… Eldon DMV is by far the best! Shirley rocks!
