Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Mannn shut yo mouth!! 3 times I've visited within last 2 months, each time I forget to say no pickles, but I'll gladly take them off myself, considering the great quality. They seemed pretty busy each time I've came in but customer service is up to par and John was the manager on duty each time as well. I watched him endure some kinda rude, and impatient customers on one occasion, and he handled it very well my opinion, thanks team and awesome job John!!

They didn’t give me what I ordered. What I got was dried out and small. I ordered the 3 chicken strip combo with fries and a biscuit. My box had NO Biscuit but I did get the fries and three tiny dried out morsels of “chicken”.
They where more concerned about getting orders out quickly and the locals out the door. I miss the Country Pride cafe. I’m disappointed in you TA, I hope your profit margins are what you hope for at the expense of the professional drivers. This just sucks.
This is one of the better TA’s I stop at to fuel. Your fuel desk people are on point and the place is tidy and clean! The fuel island doesn’t have the issue as prevalent as others with the drivers camping out on the fuel island taking a 30 minute break and ordering Popeyes!

I walked past a long line at Popeyes to order some Taco Bell. Taco Bell was closing so I got in line at Popeyes. I owe The Matthew Missouri TA Popeyes an Apology!!!! Your Food and Staff are stellar! Its 7/14/22… I go to order from Taco Bell at 6:20pm and that place is empty with the workers sitting at the customer’s tables relaxing from a tough day of no customers! Meanwhile your restaurant is Jumping and has a long line with happy people in it… me included! Your food was exemplary and so was the service! Thank you!

This Popeyes us at a TA & always busy. John the manager is always personable, always hustling to make up for when they're short staffed, and is quick to rectify any issues with your order. He does an exceptional job. Give that man a raise!

I travel with my husband (a truck driver) and we have eaten at a lot of Popeyes restaurants but this one was the best by far!! The chicken was juicy and hot and the Mac and cheese was to die for. Oh and the staff was so helpful and friendly!!!

Miya and John were great! They had my order ready before I could even finish paying. I eat at Popeyes a lot and I have to say this was probably the best experience I've had at any Popeyes, ever. Very surprising considering its inside a truck stop.

I live near Sikeston, MO. My boyfriend and I came up here two days ago to have some dinner. I got him the 10 piece meal, and I had the 6 piece tender meal. Unfortunately my boyfriend didn’t check the bag before I drove off (rookie mistake) ;) and we got clear home, to realize our 10 piece meal was not there. We decided to drive back, and this teenager wanted to argue with my boyfriend that that wasn’t on the order. The good thing is, it came out of my bank account, and it was a mobile order, so I had my mobile receipt. This girl who was literally heaven sent, took over, and remade my entire order, not just the 10 piece meal. She was so nice, and she wasn’t rude when I asked her for sauces, unlike some other workers. She definitely went the extra mile, and that was very appreciated! Our whole meal was just so delicious, but the chicken was near being old, which she had asked if we could wait 20 minutes for some fresh chicken, but we couldn’t. So that’s kind of my fault. Very impressive Popeyes! I have been missing this place so much, because the only other one is in Cape Girardeau. I’m so happy this one exists!

Y'all!!! I think this is the best Popeye's I have ever eaten at. And I've eaten at a lot of Popeye's around the country because I have a kid who only likes chicken. This chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing. Perfection. The fries were hot and fresh. I didn't hear any complaints about the chicken tenders either. Please come show the Popeye's in Memphis how to do chicken!

It is more expensive than the stores in Memphis, but absolutely 100% worth it.

This is an awesome store! Food was fresh, people were friendly and they were actually fairly quick... for a Popeyes Chicken anyway! 🐔

Wife and I had the Tenders and Nuggets. Most places they over cook and make then hard crispy and dry, this Popeys made it just right, crispy tender juicy. Service was with a beautiful smile and happy to be at work. The cook was attentive to people coming in and addressed each person with a hello.
This was one of the better Popeye's.

Every time I come here I feel welcome and the food is on point every time for the last long while. I feel like John runs a tight ship and things are done properly, I wish every Popeyes had managers like him to keep all the staff on task.

We were served FRESH and hot food, it was honestly the best Popeyes I have ever had. The service was excellent and the employees were very friendly! I highly recommend this place. We were even given extra goodies for our wait.

This was the best popeyes ever! Chicken nuggets was cooked perfectly and fresh, biscuits were buttery and amazing! The manager was really cool, gave us two pies for waiting! Thank you!

I got butterfly shrimp and it was pretty good. The shrimp tasted great and would love to eat again but the breading was a bit under done so I peeled it off so it wouldn't hinder the flavor of the shrimp. Mashed potatoes were smooth with good tasting gravy and a amazing buttery flavored biscuit. Wasn't that crowded but still food was gotten super fast and employees were very kind.

This was hands down the best tasting freshest, crispiest chicken and sides I have ever had at a truck stop restaurant. Don't let me forget to mention the biscuit was banging too!! Friendly staff. Excellent job!! A+++

Stopped for a bite to eat on our trip from Louisiana to Ohio. We can say the Popeyes was on point being from Louisiana, not all of them in the north taste the same but this one was Great, just like home!

Employees are hands down the best employees at any fast food restaurant I have seen, not to mention this is the best Popeyes I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! Great combination, I hope this location takes care of their employees !!!!!!

Theres alot of good people in this world! My aunt was on her way back to the South from Michigan. So quite a bit of a venture, well she was stopping in to get herself some Popeyes and taco bell. Well once she pulled in it was closed the man inside did such a nice thing, the man went inside and filled a box with chicken gave her some sides and told her to have a good night! This is awesome he even hooked her up on some condiments so she could have anything the way she'd like. Thank you so much for helping!!
