5 stars only because the employees are nice eficiente and extremely nice. Only one complain the pizza was hard like a stone. That’s all I eat it anyway because I was hungry

I love love love Stacey white. She has the best Customer service I have ever experienced. Five stars to her and the staff. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area. She is a keeper.

The customer service was great. I got in the bay immediately after describing to the desk personnel what my truck needed. They did not have a Senior tech or the part needed so I had to stay over night. The next morning it took less than 1 hour for them to thoroughly diagnose the issues of my truck and order parts. There were several parts for other drivers’ trucks as well. During the entire diagnosis the tech were, calm, courteous, and not only were attentive in listening to what I was saying, but also informative on the process that was to take place in insuring the correct parts were changed. I also got a shower and a meal because I had to stay over night. TA Matthews Missouri have the personnel that make getting repairs a lot less stressful than the others I have visited. I will continue to bring my truck here for its regular maintenance.

Miss Stacey White at the service desk will enlight your day with her enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail. If you have a question or concern she will ensure you get the answer you are looking for. The automotive technicians are pretty busy but once the start working on your equipment they will do a fast, high quality job. Driver MUST stay available in the event the tech need to show you a new problem or situation with your equipment. Overall an excellent experience with this TA shop.

Hands down this has to be the best TA. Melissa took great care of me!! Five stars service!!

I needed a pm for my truck, as soon as I asked for help, I was lucky they only had 2 trucks ahead of me, they immediately got me in the bay at least to be ready for my turn. 2 ladies there, miss Africa and miss Kat, both were so nice, went above and beyond to help me get checked in, the techs; Justin and James I think, we’re also very polite and showed me as they torqued and oil levels were right on! They were done in less than 1.5 hrs after I checked in! God bless them all!

Nice little place, nicer than most travel stops. Very clean and pleasant bathroom. They had drinks, snacks, fresh hot dogs cooking, and all the usual stuff travelers might need. A Louisiana chicken and taco bell were attached. Nice staff and it was clean.
