Solid place. Called ahead. Had a tech waiting for me with bay open upon arrival, great job all around by, Mandy the service manager, Jessica, parts and service support and Hunter, shop foreman/ lead tech. Up and rolling in no time!

I was having an issue with my Carrier APU's air conditioning. Even though they had a full schedule, they got me right in. They couldn't fix it *parts backorder* but identified the problem quickly and told me what was needed so I could have the part waiting for me.

If I could give one 6 star rating per month, Gateway would get this month's.

One of the best place to get your equipment fixed. They got my reefer fixed. They did not try to rip me off by adding stuff that were not necessary. Couple belt, valve and some regular reefer servicing. I was happy.

This is not a good place we agreed to fix a clutch between $ 800-900 then after they take off all the part they told me they have to fix something else and also told me to add $1600 I say what he say we gonna work after hours so $199 per hour and also they charge me 148.91 for nothing
