I had the most wonderful experience! I bought sunglasses here less than a year ago. I broke them during a vacation so I wanted to go back to see if I could get them fixed. Wendy, who was working at the front desk, was so sweet and fixed my glasses free of charge!

The staff were incredibly helpful and very personable, specifically Wendy and Sam. They were both super friendly and patient and took the time to help me pick out the glasses that best suited me. They were so great I went back and bought another pair of glasses a week later!

Love this store and all the employees. I treat myself to a new pair of glasses every summer and Sam (the manager) is always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the different styles and brands. Definitely worth the wait if they’re busy… you will be happy you waited. Great job Shades!

Sam is the most helpful and best worker at this store. I was looking for a specific pair of glasses, he told me when the shipment was coming in and to come the next morning. I went the next morning (was going to Bay Village anyway) and the shipment never showed. Sam felt so bad (totally out of his control) he bought my coffee that morning. Later that afternoon I gave it one more shot and not only had the glasses come but he had them ready for me behind the counter. On top of that, he appreciates teachers and gave me and my sister a teacher discount! Sam went over and beyond and it was VERY appreciated.

If you are on the hunt for sunglasses, this is where I would go. I did not have to look at one pair of shades alone. Sam walked me through their inventory, and I was confident in his choices within minutes. He knows shades, and he knows who looks good in what. I would trust him over myself any day!

this place has the most attractive staff i’ve ever seen!! finn helped me out- he’s hard working, knowledgeable on what sunglasses look good on what face shape and not too bad on the eyes. bought a great pair of prada sunnies that i love!! definitely stop by this shop
