Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff at the Monett, Missouri office is outstanding! They went above and beyond to get SUV comparable to what I was accustomed to driving while my Jeep was being repaired. Great customer service and I would rent from them again just for a weekend to drive a fun sporty car for fun.😃😃😃

Christina F. and the driver (forgive me for not recalling his name) went above and beyond to help me. I hit a deer with my car over Memorial Day weekend. Being it was the holiday, there was a shortage of vehicles available. Despite the delay, the driver at the Monet branch drove an hour out of the way to pick me up and take me to the office to fill out the paperwork. I was able to get on the road and efficiently get back home to Des Moines, IA, nearly six hours away.

Christina and the driver were very pleasant and understanding of my situation, and I would be happy to work with them again.

There was a slight delay on being picked up. However, this was not Alexis' fault, it was only her and one other person working. Alexis went above and beyond to have my car ready and help the other 2 persons that arrived with me, all while the phone was constantly ringing. She even followed up with me to see how things were going and update me on my insurance payments. Will use them again.

After dealing with an insurance company not willing to pay for my rental that I got at a Springfield location. Christina F. at Monett MO location helped me beyond measure. I appreciated the help she had given me. I was able to trade a van in for a smaller car but still enough to fit kids in!
