My family and I have been going to Cool Beans for almost nine years now, and we absolutely LOVE IT!
The coffee is delicious and I love their flavors!!. And to top it off the owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

Smells amazing, so cute and tastes great! If you’re ordering an iced coffee definitely go for the iced salted caramel latte and if you’re ordering a bag to go get Jamaican me crazy! This place is a staple every time I’m in beach haven!

Owner is friendly knowledgeable and the coffee is top notch with many custom blends and the single pot bags are absolutely perfect for a regular brewer or even a Keurig that generally makes lower quality tasting coffee. The measurements are perfect for a perfect so every time

I love this place and the little alley way it's located in! The coffee is excellent and they've got some cute merchandise. I really enjoyed the salted caramel iced latte. The girls who work in there are always very friendly. It's nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy your coffee while also enjoying the wonderful smells from the bakery next door!

A longtime favorite. Great customer service and fun drinks. The young woman recommended a raspberry mocha when I clearly had no idea what I wanted, and it was very good. I also highly recommend the ground house blend for at home.

Went here for the first time after trying countless other coffee shops on the island and this one takes the cake. Definitely my favorite coffee in town! They have an almond joy iced coffee that is spot on. I will 100% be back :)

Best coffee on the island, friendly staff, and a wide selection of drinks. It's a bit hidden (right by the Chowder Hut), but well worth checking out. The store is tiny – there is seating outside shared by the other stores nearby. An added bonus: this places smells amazing.

This morning I possibly received the best coffee of my life today from cool beans. I also learned that there is hazelnut in French vanilla… who knew? Highly recommend!

Best coffee on the island as the other reviewer mentioned. The flavored coffee is rotated daily, which is great if you are here for the week you never have the same cup twice.

Best coffee on the island... hands down. Excellent customer service. They have amazing fresh roasted coffee for purchase as well as an array of different drinks available. LOVE this place!

I don't mind paying extra for better products. Appreciating that everything in Bay Village is pricey, this is the best coffee around and it's worth the extra compared to mainland prices!

Hands down the best coffee in town. We love the selection and grinds at Cool Beans and always buy some to take home too. If you are down by Bay Village you need to stop in.

Best coffee ever, every time I have gone (which is every vacation now) the staff have been very responsive and the coffee is amazing. No seating inside but plenty outside in shade.
