Toni was wonderful! Toni was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and the list goes on. My receipt says Tia was our cashier and Tia was funny, helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Great experience and customer service. We’ll be back! Please give them the kudos they deserve!

I visited this store in person to hopefully complete an exchange. I was greeted by Chris who was upbeat, positive, and all about the customer having a pleasant experience. I truly felt like I was the only person in the store and I loved that! I explained what I was looking for, Chris helped me with walking me through how to measure myself to find the perfect fit for a bra and before I knew it, she had me all set up with almost a dozen different bras to try on. She checked on me a couple times and told me what sales were on right now. She didn't bother me, she was truly helpful and kind.
I found a bra that fit me really nicely and was able to get two in that style in my size for a great sale price! The original bras I went in to exchange for a bigger size were able to be ordered and will be shipped to the store. I like this because I can try them on right away at the store to make sure that the fit is going to work for me. No more back and forth, even though it was painless.
This store offers one-on-one stylist appointments which I hope to schedule soon. Now that I have proper fitting bras, I can shop for clothing! I had my first and only child last March at the beginning of the pandemic, so you can imagine that shopping for clothes, let alone most things, has been a challenge.
If you visit this store, I hope Chris is working! She will help you find all of the right things and she can tell you about everything they offer. It was such a pleasant experience, I wish every shopping experience was this great.

Went to Lane Bryant in Mt Laurel to look for some outfits to wear to the gym and casual wear also. I found some nice comfortable pieces to wear. I had to order some things because of them not being available in the store. They have very nice comfortable bras and panties. It was a nice shopping experience. I like some of their jeans. The customer service was good.

This plus size clothing store has a huge variety of apparel, lingerie, sleepwear, activewear, swimwear, and so much more.

If it weren't for Lane Bryant I dont know what I would do for clothing....I love this place, even though some seasons I can't find anything in there that's to my liking!

Lane Bryant finally seems to have their business clothing game back together. Found some great pieces. This store was really neat and tidy with a good selection. Janae, the associate who helped me, was super sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Those ladies that work there are wonderful! Make you feel comfortable when walking in and always want to help you out! That's what I call good old fashion service! Thankyou ladies in the Mt Laurel store!

Great bras and accessories. My bras got messed up in the washer, but I know they will replace them. They are very trustworthy.
