AT&T Store

I love this location!!! Damian and Neish helped me with my cell phone number issue. I felt heard and seen! They went above and beyond the level of service that is required. Extremely patient and great listeners. Both are extremely knowledgeable. Ask for them when you visit this location.

I had the best experience at AT&T this time. I dreaded coming in here to get a new phone, however the Sales person Neish was the best ever. My phone was complicated, she was very patient and nice trying to get it fix and active. I will refer all my teachers and First responders to this location. Thank you!

It was an awesome experience. The sells rep Damion was outstanding. He listen to my needs and was responsive and knowledgeable in every aspect of my situation. It was truly a 5 star experience. Great service.

We tried to solve some issues through calling AT&T and having them fix the problem. AT&T corporate only made it worse—beyond belief and putting 2 phones on the plan out of commission. After having enough of the ridiculousness, we stopped at this store. Austin was more helpful than anyone we spoke with. He was kind, patient and polite despite our initial anger and hostility. He was very knowledgeable!!highly recommend

The store on Nixon Dr started a day from hell. Customer service was not much better. Found this store and Nizzy and Ron were very helpful and knowledgeable. They saved this customer of about 20 years. If these 2 had not been there I am sure I would have terminated my accounts and went to a competitor.

The service I experienced at the Mount Laurel AT&T store today was an amazingly refreshing experience. I called the store before heading out to ensure a particular phone was in stock and spoke with Ron. He had stepped out when I arrived at the store but left Austin in charge of taking care of me. Austin is one of the most personable young men I have ever met and was a joy to interact with. As this was during the bustle of the holidays, he was there helping me purchase a new product, while juggling the transfer of data for another woman, and promptly greeted others as they came into the store. Ron returned to the store shortly after I arrived and immediately started in on servicing people in the same friendly manner. It was the most refreshing customer service experience I have witnessed and experienced in ages. Ron and Austin run that store like a well-oiled machine and seem to genuinely have fun while doing so! Thanks for being great you two.

Nizzy went the extra mile to help me with my iphone issues. His manager was also super friendly and helpful. They were able to assist me more expeditiously than online/phone customer service was able to. Five big gold stars!

Everytime we visit the Mt. Laurel store on Route 38, we are greeted. The staff is so polite. Each rep is very pleasant and always gives 100% plus service. They know the products and knows how to trouble shoot an issue relating to the cell phones.

I've been in the Customer Service (CS) Industry for over 34 years. I've experienced horrible CS. I've been to other AT&T stores and experienced horrible CS. We drive out of way to get that excellent customer service.

The Mt. Laurel AT&T store on Route 38 near Costco is the only store my family goes too. Although we have stores closer to our home.

Nizzy in the Mt Laurel store art 38 was excellent and very knowledgeable. He was tireless in his many attempts to rectify my very complex issue.
I have to bring back my other devices on Tuesday so he can resolve my issue.
I would definitely ask for him for any help.

My husband and I went to this store after ordering a phone from another store that ended up being back ordered. Trey was absolutely wonderful!! Called everyone he could to make sure my order was canceled and I could get the phone he had in stock at that time. He spent the time to help set up both my new phone and my husbands that was shipped on time from the other store. He continued to go above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. The other employee in the store (I’m sorry I did not get his name) also jumped in to try to help when he had some down time and made sure my 5 year old had something to watch so she wasn’t bored. I highly recommend going to this ATT store and not wasting your tons at others. These guys know what they’re doing and go above and beyond for their customers. I can’t thank them enough for all their help last night.

I received superb service from the manager Ron and Andy recently when purchasing a new watch. Andy had an answer for every question and was able to teach me a few things about my phone and Ron found a discount I should’ve been receiving and was able to help me save some money on my plan. Thanks guys!

I appeared at the att store in Mt Laural nj with issues and complaints about my phone and my account. Upon
Being greeted by Ron he immediately got to work on my phone and solved my issues. Furthermore his very attentive service and personality was absolutely amazing and outstanding. . I was also informed by a second worker. Mr Austin who showed me various features on my new phone.
These men are absolutely wonderful outstanding gentleman that are very intelligent and informative and pay strict attention to detail and customer support and service

Ron is the amazing! I’ll be back in January for my upgrade but he was able to get my daughters Christmas present just on time because the one I had ordered was going to be late! Thank you so much! He is so friendly ! Come visit him!

Austin was super friendly and helpful! He got my new phone turned on, set up and explained some of its features.
The rest of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful while assisting other customers.

I would give 10 ⭐ if it would let me! Literally, Nizzy and Ron are two of the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever dealt with. I haven’t had a ton of luck with AT&T stores in the past. There was absolutely zero high pressure sales or trying to get me to buy all the add on stuff that you don’t really need. It was in fact the direct opposite, Nizzy actually reviewed my account and found out that we had been paying an extra $15 a month for a 2nd insurance plan that was redundant, he immediately removed it from our account saving us money. These dudes answered all of my questions with great knowledge of their products and services and I could not be happier. They even put a movie on the big tv for my 3yr old son while we waited for the phones to transfer! That kind of stuff goes a long way with me. If you’ve had bad luck in the past with AT&T stores, stop in and see these guys and I guarantee you they will make your day! Amazing customer service and some straight up great guys to meet. I WILL ONLY GO TO THIS STORE FROM NOW ON!

Went to Mount Laurel ATT and had overall great customer experience. Nizzy treated me like family. He was professional and knowledgeable. I won’t go anywhere else for my cellular service. Lifetime customer.

I just want to say that the service I receive was excellent, the manager Ron Harris had so much patience with us., he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He took his time to explain everything to us, I highly recommend this store, is the best service I every had. And the co-worker , they were so pleasant and friendly, . Thank you for the excellent service.

We called up to find out if they had apple phones in certain colors and Austin answered and was so helpful to let us no what he had .We went over to the store which was our first time , and it was a fabulous experience.
Thorn was our sales person and he explained everything, was very patient, helpful, pleasant ,knowledgeable and we had the greatest experience with Thorn .We went back the next day
For other accessories and Austin helped us and was very helpful and pleasant .
For anyone looking for and att store , this should be the one you go to .
I have been to many att stores but this one is best .
