Banfield Pet Hospital

Every time I take my pet to Banfield we are always met with a warm welcome and friendly smiles! They have and continue to be a wonderful group of people to work with every time without fail. They are always extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to handle my pets care.

Shanna did a good job cutting my big girls nails, who is not a fan of having her paws touched. She was very engaging and patient and wasn't forceful at all even when Addie was being quite difficult. I don't think I will pay extra again to have her teeth brushed as they barely pass the toothbrush over the front the canines only. She left with a complementary bandana that she was happy to show off at the dog park afterwards.

Very caring and attentive to my puppy. Love the way they handle everything. I appreciate the text reminders for appointments.

They always take good care of my pup. They always let me know when he is due for shots, preventative care, etc.

These people were super AMAZING..... I really really appreciated their patience and Doctor Botinas Looked over my dog bit by bit while examining her where other vets kinda just look briefly. Emily was awesome from the minute she came in the room. Tina And Zachary really got me settled in and helped me reschedule my appt. More than ONCE. I can't describe the beautiful energy that this place had and it was at the end of the day. They really exceeded my expectations for a BANFIELD HOSPITAL... ESPECIALLY when everyone told me not to expect much.

Excellent care at the mount laurel location. My cat was in need of urgent care and when my normal banfield location couldn't see him, the mount laurel location made sure he got the care he needed.The vet that saw my cat at the mount laurel location was very concerned about my cat. Thank you Dr. Botinas for all your great care you have given Romeo. You have gained yourself a new patient. It's worth the drive to you from where I live to get him great care that you give him. I would highly recommend this location.

I love the service and support that they have provided for my pets. The pets are always received with a cheerful greeting.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service that was rendered today at Banfield hospital by Dr. Vitulli and her assistant. They were amazing and made Hannah’s first trip to the drs worth returning. I also was able to capture a mouth dropping photo of Hannah and Dr. Vitulli. And another including the assistant ( I forgot her name but they were awsome ) at least for the first visit. We will see feb 1st. 💙

Very nice staff. The wellness plan is well worth for a new kitten or puppy.
