Katherine was very helpful, patient and kind during the whole process. They were also able to get us in the next day when no other funeral homes could. Katherine helped make a very difficult process go smoothly for us and we are very appreciative. Everyone said how lovely everything was and we think our beloved Grandma would have been pleased. Our mom battled a rare disease for over a year and when she passed, she didn’t look like herself. I almost didn’t remember what she looked like before she got sick.
When we went for our final viewing, the relief and peace we felt is unexplainable. Somehow, with one photo to work off, they made our mom look like herself. She was absolutely beautiful. She deserved to look like herself after a tough year.
The funeral was beautiful, the burial was peaceful. I highly recommend using Reflections. They made an overwhelming time easier to handle. They helped us say goodbye to the most incredible woman. Thank you.

My deepest gratitude to Gloria and Louis Salazar who own and operate Reflections mortuary. Getting an Orthodox Jewish burial in New Mexico can be challenging, and during the pandemic, much more difficult. So I have nothing but praise and thanks to this lovely family business who took such good care of me and my dad. To make things even more complicated, we eventually decided to have Dad buried in Israel, and Gloria knew how to handle everything to get him on The plane, in spite of all the Covid restrictions. In addition, prices were fair and they carried a large part of my enormous burden for me. I will always remember their care with deep appreciation.

Louis and Gloria were so kind, professional and honest in helping us with our beloved loss. They both help coordinate a beautiful catholic funeral service for my grandmother. Not only were they great from beginning to end, Gloria help save us over $4,000 with my grandmothers gravesite. We were told by other people that we couldn’t lay our grandmother to rest with our deceased grandfather in Santa Fe at the national cemetery. But with Gloria’s knowledge and willpower she made it happen. Words can not express how grateful I am that she made this happen. Not only to save the money but knowing my grandmother will rest eternally with her husband of 65 years. This means the world to my family! Thanks again to Luis and Gloria Salazar. You both will be forever in our hearts.

We had Reflections/Salazar manage the funeral for my dad after interviewing French, Daniels and Salazar. Our family connected with Gloria Salazar, one of the owners (co-owned with her husband). We just finished the entire event (my dad was cremated), and it went off without a hitch. They were proactive and worked out all of the details of our mass and graveside service. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable company to manage the details of a very difficult time.

It was indeed a pleasure working with Salazar. Gloria and Louis went out of their way to see that my mother had a good service despite the COVID restrictions in place. This difficult time was made so much better because of them.

My sister helped me coordinate the services for my husband a couple of months ago and we were both very pleased with our experience, with the facilities and especially with the kindness, care and concern of Michael. Michael was amazing and helpful and we were very grateful for his assistance through a difficult process.
