From the day we walked into EaDo Bike Co. The associates at the main front desk Marcus, Augustine, Chuck and Patrick were all very friendly and professional. Chuck and Augustine were very knowledgeable about there shop letting us know what services and products they offered. Augustine walked us and our bikes to a service center desk a little ways from where we were, where we were greeted with a smile by yet another awesome associate by the name of Arleta, she and the team quickly but with patients looked over our bikes and went over all the amazing services they offered. We were able to find the right options for our bikes. Upon returning to pickup our bikes, Desmond, Augustine and Marcus did an amazing job assisting us and making sure our bikes were good to go. Overall an awesome experience with teamwork from the whole EaDo team of associates, great!!! Job!!!.🚵‍♀🚵 😁👍

Chuck was awesome! I only had 10 bucks. He found 2 tubes that were close enough to the right size and I got 2 tubes for the price of one!
I've had my derailleur replaced here before.

Very helpful since the first moment I walked in the shop! I had two flat tired and within 30min I had my two bikes fixed and ready to go. Everyone’s very friendly. EaDo Bike Co. Provides a big selection of bikes from all kinds of brands & prices. I liked the clothing, shoes, helmets and bike accessories they have in store. Very cool! I’ll definitely think of this location next time for my bikes need repairs.

I have bought new bikes at several local LBS. These guys are top notch. First, they'll learn what kind of riding you do and what you're looking for in a bike. Then, they'll help you find a bike that could fit your needs. They'll have you take it out for a ride (with a credit card & ID). Not just down the block, either. They said to get out and really get a feel for 15 to 30 minutes. After that, they have the mechanic go through it and make sure it's tuned perfectly and adjusted to fit you. Finally, they say to ride it and bring it back in 30 days for another free tune-up. I'm really enjoying my Cannondale Quick CX-3. They're also a dealer for Salsa, Felt, and Surly. Awesome place!

Awesome place, second time coming here. I Needed tires for my road bike and the owner took the time to help me pick out a new set. This is the best bike shop in Houston. Huge selection of whatever you want bike related. Definitely coming back.

I really recommend Eado bike co. for all your biking needs. I have been here multiple times and the staff are wonderful people. Big shoutout to the whole team; I came in recently to make the switch to clipless from regular platforms and straps and was looking for shoes & cleats.

When I arrived, Sharla helped me out in a casual manor find a pair of shoes I liked, and even assisted with the adjustment of the cleat position itself making the process very easy. The customer service & hospitality here is top tier.

I've brought some bikes here to be built up. They've done great work adjusting wheels and parts as needed. They've also worked on a complete teardown of a bike I had in a houston flood a few months back.
Here they replaced every component that was under water including bearings and crankset. Some parts were basically cemented onto the frame and were difficult to remove.
Afterwards, I bought through them some high end parts, including high end drive train components, with Phil wood bottom bracket, Sugino 75 crankarms, phil wood wheel bearings, and dialed the chainline when reassembled to be exactly where it needed to be. Other shops pass up that step along the way, but they addressed that concern. Overall far and beyond as this once beater bike now is the smoothest ride I own.
I have other builds going om at eado as we speak and looking forward to working with them more down the road.

Got a couple nice bikes thanks to the excellent help of Chuck! We came in not sure what we were looking for, and he walked us to a matched set of bikes that fit our needs exactly. I was also pleased with the good financing they offered and package discount on accessories!

These guys are good. I brought my Salsa/Fargo titanium with Rohloff hub and Gates belt drive in for help. Having had very little experience with the build, they stepped up. It is now my perfect bike. Very impressed! Thanks again guys.

I freaking love this place!

Had to stop by to get some lube for my chain, and it took a while for me to get some help (they were helping others), but I didn't mind. When I finally had help, I was asking questions to understand the uses & properties of the oils as well as prices on their replacements and parts. I was in love! I've been to one other bike shop and it was SO expensive, especially for a college student. This will be my new go-to bike spot even if I do live an hour away!

I had Desmond look at my chain 'cause it was rusty, and he told me what was needed. Didn't try upselling me, gave me very direct & helpful tips on maintaining my bike & even provided a demonstration. My bike is running like a dream, and I couldn't be happier. Desmond was so accommodating, and I implore anyone to come in here if you have a bike or not!

Had a good experience here trading in my bike for one they had in stock. Desmond was helping me out with the process and helpful at answering my questions. The test drive was also pretty generous, lots of open road around there to get up to speed.

This bike shop is great. Nothing better than buying local. I in went for a lock for my bike on Monday. They were extremely helpful in the lock buying process and had so much knowledge of all types of bike security. They also let me know about their spring cleaning bike sale (selling their rental fleet). They have kept them in great condition. I came back and bought one of them today. They fully serviced the bike upon my arrival! Also got some great accessories. Thanks so much guys!

Before you buy a bike, make sure you come here first. Desmond, Nate, and Chuck, all shared a wealth of knowledge about bikes that made buying my new bike as easy as possible for me. A true bike shop in every sense. Staff eager to help with no pressure to buy. Just eager to share what they know to better help you on your ride. Awesome location and set up make it one of the premier locations for all things bikes in Houston. Something for everyone! I highly recommend!!

I recently bought a surly preamble here- first time experience at this place. Top service business! Chuck and Chris are great and helpful. They didn’t hesitate when answering my questions and were happy to give detailed information. Made me feel comfortable here!

Wanted to get out of the house on Sunday and stumbled upon this leisure ride. Family friendly ride with stops and a pace for everyone to enjoy. Had a blast and will see you guys. They have this ride every 1st Sunday if the month. Come out and join. No bike, they have rentals to get you started.

Renting a bike is a tight way to ride around the city and check out new stuff. Most importantly though, the guys at EaDo Bike Co are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. For real, ask these guys how to get anywhere in Houston on a bike and they can probably tell you. Also, there's a cat that hangs out in there, and I'm pretty sure that's always a good sign.

Superb customer service. Each time I visit the employees are extremely welcoming and helpful. My first visit was to get my bike built, they communicated with me the entire time my bike was at the shop. The second time the gentleman worked on my bike after store hours to put on some new brakes ,and did not rush to complete the job. Best on this side of town.

Great service, friendly, warm atmosphere with perfect selection of products and rental bikes! Definitely a "must see" of bike shops.
