Over the top customer service. I recently purchased a 2024 KTM 450 xc-f and a 2024 KTM E-3 for my son. Chris in sales took it upon himself to give us a tour of the warehouse and ultimately surprising my son with his new bike. Karen in finance made the whole process extremely quick and easy. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Mt. Holly Motorsports for all of your Motorsports needs.

I love this place everyone from the sales department Karen,Rich,and Eric are super nice and professional and make you feel at home. The parts department is good too I can't remember their names off the top of my head right now. And last but not least The head of the service department Dustin is an awesome service writer,very friendly and a Top notch Technician he runs a top notch crew that does good work.One of the techs Steve just put this freedom exhaust on my bike and i couldn't be happier. I definitely will continue to do repeat business on bikes and service here. You can't go wrong with Mt.Holly Motorsports!

Last April I was ready to buy my first motorcycle, I walked in to Mt. Holly and immediately felt like I was part of the family, they answered all my questions and genuinely helped me to find a motorcycle that I felt comfortable on and never tried to push anything that would be out of my comfort zone. I’m 5 foot, and felt very comfortable on the Ninja 400. I went in knowing that was the motorcycle I wanted, and as soon as I sat on it, it felt right. They also let me know it was a great beginner bike and good for my height. I can’t flat foot the bike, but I can comfortably tip toe. I love my motorcycle, and the staff at Mt. Holly are so sweet and genuinely love the motorcycle community. Having my motorcycle has been one of the best experiences of my life. Thank you for helping me turn my dream into a reality Mt. Holly.

Purchased my first bike from Mt. Holly motorsports and the process could not have been simpler. Richard helped me throughout the way and answered all questions I had. The woman at the desk whom which I cant remember her name was also terrific and great help with everything. Would definitely recommend going through this dealership if you are anywhere in the area or dont mind a bit of a drive!

Had a fantastic experience buying a new Zero SR/F this week. Richard was a very knowledgeable and laid back salesman. Had a trade in picked up at my house and the new bike delivered the same day. Just an easy and enjoyable process from start to finish!

I was very happy with my experience at Mt. Holly Motorsports service department. I purchased a Polaris ATV privately and it had a couple issues that they were able to quickly diagnose and fix. Dustin was extremely helpful in explaining the issue, and coming up with a plan to fix it by trying the cheaper options first rather than just replacing the most expensive part. He was able to get us the parts quickly, and for good prices. The communication process was very good as well. I recommend them.

I always have a great experience there. Everyone and staff all through are awesome and have been always courteous and good to me and to my bike I have Suzuki M109r thank you for your service. The only place I go to. and I live in Turnersville Sicklerville area

My new bike needed it's first service and I had some questions about other little things. They quickly and easily made an appointment just a few days away. Got there before they closed so they could service it and have it done in the following afternoon. Gave me a very detailed list of what they had done, service firmware updates etc and discussed previous questions. Also took my rims and tires there for a recall on tires, they swapped them out quickly so I could slap the bike together to go riding. Recommend Mt Holly!!

Great experience purchasing our Yamaha YXZ. We worked with Karen, who was professional and fair. We have worked with a lot of dealers over the years and Mt. Holly has been the best. Also had them do the first service and the service department was excellent. Highly recommend.

As a new rider, having a place I can call "home" for service / parts is a blessing. After an incident I had my bike towed to Mt Holly without warning, and the next day I had my bike back pristine from their service department. That ALONE is worth the 5* rating.
Their selection in the showroom also looks impressive but I have yet to purchase from them. But if at all possible I will give them all business for my motorcycles moving forward. They've earned a customer for life thanks to Dustin / the service department.

Fantastic experience! Everyone was so helpful as I was a bit clueless trying to ensure that I got the right bike for my 11 year old grandson! Pat, especially, was so helpful in explaining everything. He went above and beyond with support, making sure we were good with our purchase and encouraging us to reach out with any questions at any time. Everyone that we came in contact with was helpful. Mr Holly motorsports is amazing. Ive purchased one bike there and bring my other two to the service department as well. Ive never had any issue, communication is great, and maintenance and/or accessory work is always done well before the expected date. Parts, sales, and especially the service department (Chuck is the man!) where I spend the most of my time for accessory work have all been great. There are other shops closer to me but I wouldn't consider using them as long as Mt Holly is here. Thanks guys, specifically Pat from sales and Chuck and his crew in service. Just purchased two more bikes from Pat, no pressure and no bs

We have 1994 king quad. It was my wife's parents who which are no longer with us. My wife wanted to keep it. It was running very badly. We reached out to Mt. Holly motor sports. Dustin and his crew went way farther than are expectations. Got it back today, and it was like brand new. Runs beautiful. 100 stars all the way. Thank you mt. Holly motor sports. Our hearts are so grateful for what you did. Thank you.

Was on my Saturday morning ride when your worst nightmare happened. Bike wouldn’t start. A stranger helped by giving a fuse but it immediately happened again. Knowing I couldn’t shut it off I took it straight to Mt. Holly Motorsports which was around the corner. Every person I talked to was super nice to me and wanted to help diagnose the bike. The service center guy said he’d ask his mechanic to take a quick look before starting a big project.
He spent almost an hour and figured it all out.
I have nothing but respect for everyone there. From the parts guy who was nice to the sales guy who wasn’t pushy while I was waiting to the mechanic who was genuinely curious to figure out the issue rather than see it as an inconvenience like so many do these days.
They won me over and will be coming here for my service work.

My wife recently purchased a 2022 Polaris Sportsman 570 and the staff at Mt Holly Motorsports couldn’t have been nicer. We’ve dealt with the parts counter for years but this was our first vehicle purchase and we were very happy from beginning to end. They answered all of our questions and were so polite. And we love quad. Five stars for sure.
