I got myself into a time crunch (due to my own procrastination) and needed my new Phone Skope and gift card for the buy back of my old one within a very short window. Jason went the extra mile to make sure it would all come together and I that I would have my new Phone Skope in time for my hunt. Phone Skope rocks! The customer service is as awesome as their products!!! I recommend the remote shutter button to avoid wiggling your device when taking long distance photos/videos.

My skope adapter broke into two pieces while in the field hunting. I made an inquiry with phone skope. Dray asked me for a photo. I sent it off and several days later I received an upgraded phone holder. That's great service and warranty. Thanks Phone Skope! Awesome.

Recently had a fit issue with my Swaro SLC binos. Swaroski had sent me knew eye cups and the Phone Skope cup wasnt fitting anymore. Apparently there are 2 different size eye cups that swaro made for the same bino. After telling Jason of my confusion he personally went to verify my problem on binos he had ar the shop and made sure I was set up with the proper cup. He even took it further then that and sent some schwag to make my day. Customer care like that sets them apart. Thanks Jason!
