Will is amazing

The guy charged us twice. He did make it right and refunded us the money he owed us. But the woman that came in right behind us, returning a cart said she was charged twice. How often is this establishment doing this and people not catching it???

We were in NJ in July and thought this would be a great idea for the kids and ourselves. We went on a VERY short ride and spent the rest of the day walking around looking for somewhere to plug it in. Ends up we paid our hotel to allow us to plug in. There is no way it was charged when we got it. Later that evening we took it back and it showed full charge. We decided to forgo plugging it in at the dealer and put all cords inside so they would not be stolen. It cost us over $300 for not even a day let alone not going even a mile all day. This guy is a rip off!!!! HE NEVER REFUNDED OUR DEPOSIT!! OR ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN WE TRIED CALLING!!

If i can rate this place 0 i would. We called ahead of time and showed up the day before to pay the deposit and for the day ($325). The day of
, the man called us ( less then an hour before our rental time and made nothing but excuses.

Talked to man and 1 golf cart left. He said to come to get quickly. walked there within 5 minutes, but he rented it already. Actions should match your words.
