Absolutely terrible!!! Do not buy from here!!!! We went in the store and all three of my kids wanted shirts and I wanted a sweatshirt with decals on them. all 4 shirts came to $485!!!!! Who sells cheap Walmart shirts with decals for $485?!?! I can buy nicer clothes from a good department store cheaper! And they don’t tell you the cost until you’re checking out then tell you that you have to buy it since they printed them! I started to walk out of the store then the guy said he would take the bill down to $204. I could stomach that but still 4 shirts for $204?!?! Never again!!!! Do not go here it is a rip off!!! They don’t even deserve one star!!!!

Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews on a business, however I couldn't let this one pass. If I could give this place negative stars I would! Staff comes across as very helpful and polite, however all they are doing is trying to get more money out of you! They don't give you any information on pricing until until they just start racking up your bill! $50 for a hoodie, $50 for a decal, another $10 for each sleeve decal! If it wasn't 10:30 at night and I didn't promise a 10 year old a hoodie, I would have thrown it right back on the counter. They come across as so nice, all smiles, all while trying to come up with ways to add to your bill!! DO NOT even step foot in this store!!

This place is garbage and should be closed. It's a disgrace to be on the wildwood boardwalk. The person working there literally took the shorts I was looking at right out of my hands and when I told her what I was considering what to write on them she took them away without any explanation of cost of the shorts or design or even before I had made up my mind. She spoke as fast as possible and didn't even give me a second to process a word she said. As others have mentioned, no receipt, no breakdown of prices, clicks through the credit card menu for you. This place is a total scam. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place is terrible, asked for the cost of a sweat shirts she said depends on the decal added. I repeated myself saying just the sweatshirt. She still said depends on the decal, making me believe I'm just paying for the decal, wrong! They charge for the decal and the sweat shirt, and they were both extremely over priced. I will never step foot in there and hope no one else gets tricked by them. They know what they are doing is wrong.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!. Very long story short they charged a 15 yr old kid my son, $176.67 for 2 t-shirts. My Son almost passed out when the girl told him the total. He looked at me and I laughed because I thought it was a joke. NO JOKE. Poor kid had tears in his eyes. He worked very hard for the money he was spending on the shirts. I asked for a receipt but they had rung someone else up by that time . And suddenly spoke very broken English and did not know how to use the register very well.

DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. There are NO price tags on anything. They promise deals and premium materials on their designs - yet I was left with a messed up decal and part of the letters missing the protective wax. One hoodie cost me $160 because they make your item first, THEN show you prices so you’re basically screwed into buying it because they’re custom. Before you can even select if you want an email or text reciept, they automatically hit no reciept so you can’t even see the itemized list of your cost. They are an absolute scam of a shop. Take your money elsewhere - don’t give it to these scammers.

Unbelievable deception!! Seemingly nice girls working the counters. Helpful in picking out hoodies for my kids. No upfront info about how quickly the additional charges add up! They then try to up sell wax protection on the decals after charging 45 and 55 dollars for large and extra large decals. DO NOT BUY here!!

My experience is much like the other reviews. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and a t-shirt. When she handed me the merchandise one of the sweatshirts iron on image was horrible. It looked like something they stole off the internet--it was blurry and you could see where they cut it out. She offered to make a new one and admitted she used an internet image then went to find the real iron on. No clue why she didn't do that in the first place. When I went to pay she started ringing up the three pieces with all of these extra charges. It initially totaled over $300 but she pressed more buttons and it came back down to $200. For two sweatshirts and a t-shirt!!!! The total should have been about $100 based on my purchase of the SAME SWEATSHIRT at another shop (it was about $30/$40). There were upcharges for everything. The shirt. The decal. The size of the decal. The quality of the shirts are terrible. They are tight in weird places and the image on the t shirt isn't even centered. DO NOT go here. There are other places on the boardwalk with sweatshirts that are good quality for less than half the price. Total scam.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. There are many other HONEST places to shop at. Went here with my family looking for some nice sweaters and t-shirts, and had seen on the front of the store that many of the items were “on sale” or “50% off”. They absolutely stole my money. I was originally charged $430 for about 5 items (2 sweatshirts & 3 t-shirts) when I complained, they had insisted that they had given me a discount (which was at most $2-$5 off each item). It was unbelievable. When they first approached to help me, asking if I saw something I liked, and I kindly responded yes, they had immediately started “custom-making” the sweatshirt I pointed to briefly, and insisted that I had asked them to do it and I was responsible for paying for it. (There were NO PRICE TAGS ON ANY ITEMS). I accept responsibility for continuing to search for more items to purchase without asking for prices, but they had insisted that everything was “on sale”(which I assumed meant nothing would be over $30, especially since the last material looked very cheap). The manager was very rude and intolerant to my concerns, as if I was the problem, and that they did not deliberately take advantage of me, my money, and my family. All those who worked there insisted that they “were just workers” and don’t make the rules, and when I asked to speak to the owner or contact him in some way, they refused and said “he wasn’t there”. This must happen regularly as I’ve seen other reviews very similar to my experience. Absolutely hurt and disgusted by this place. I wish I could rate them negative stars. DO NOT SHOP HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

This place is run by scam artists! I was told a hoodie was $44. My daughter and I picked one each after spending a good half hour in the store. I get up to the register to pay and they tried charging me $200 for 2 hoodies! They neglected to tell me that they were charging 44.99 for the hoodie and then 34.99 for the graphic....do the math and 2 hoodies is not $200. They tried to scam me and then when I caught it and complained....they took off $40....still crazy to me. Do not go here. They are not honest and will try to over charge you and hope you don't notice.

This place is highway robbery. They charge for a plain hoodie and then charge your another 30$ to add a design, even though you are lead to believe each shirt would include a design. And then try and charge another fee to have the design “waxed” plus credit card fees. Guess I should have know when The prices weren’t clearly marked anywhere. Most expensive sweatshirts in all of wildwood. No way I’d go back to this place. I am really hoping for what we paid that these hoodies last us a long long time (doubtful).

Literally the only bad review I've ever written on Google. I hope you read this before you stop in here, looked like a regular boardwalk tee shirt shop, we bought some cheap chatchskis: a plastic tube toy the size of my hand, small bubbles, a bag of gummy candy, and bag of plastic fruit juice candies and a plastic lighter. No prices on anything and it rang up for $86.00!??!! Literally insane. I thought maybe they combined our order with someone else's by mistake, we could have gotten these things at an arcade with 10 tickets.. then I read the other reviews and see that unfortunately it wasn't a mistake, clearly they overcharge and scam people. NO RECEIPT of course. This can't be a legit business and needs to be audited and shut down, what their doing to customers is unethical and no way to run a business. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Buyer BEWARE. Bought a few small things from here for my nephew, dollar store quality knickknacks. I paid and was blindsided when I saw the number on the screen to be nearly $100. By that point it was too late and my card was charged. I am absolutely disgusted by this, especially because they do not accept returns. The MSRP value of the toys probably totaled $10. Nothing had a price tag and I did not receive a receipt. This is an absolute scam!!!!!

these people are scam artists. Listen to the other reviews, we went to get 2 shirts and it totaled to nearly 100 dollars. We were told many times that the shirts were 25 dollars each but then after swiping the credit card we saw the total. This is ridiculous and buyers should be aware!

A place that should not be on the boardwalk of wildwood. I have been going to Wildwood boardwalk 50 years. Never seen something so despicable. Should be removed from wildwood boardwalk. Ended our vacation and took our money with no remorse .

If I could rate them a big fat zero I would. Before I begin I would like to state that I take full responsibility for paying what I did because I could have walked out. I just didn't feel right being a dishonest like the gentlemen that work this store. I will give the man props who that helped us, he was extremely friendly and eager to help. After shirts were made he started to review prices with me. Two kids sweatshirts $49.99 a piece, two extra large decals in the $40/per shirt something dollar range, sleeve decal $20, back decal another $30 something dollars, wax protection $20+ each. Basically 2 $10 (at the most) sweatshirts with decals cost over $250. I paid $150 and complained as I did it and the guy had the audacity to say "boardwalk prices", shrug his shoulders and hand me a "FREE GIFT", as he called it. It was a plastic dolphin keychain. Thanks buddy! Now I'm going to give you this free gift of a review. BUYER BEWARE. Again I take full responsibility for paying for the 2 sweatshirts that would have cost someone local to me $30 to make. I didn't like that they also had my kids "approve" a ton of extras for the shirts as I was browsing to find a gift for someone. Live and learn and bonus, my kids also recognized the hustle and have promised to never ask for anything again in the board's. So I'm looking at this as an investment.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. False advertising and crooks!! Charged me 60.00 for a tank top with a decal and I paid cash and conveniently never received a receipt so he most likely pocketed my money. My fault for not seeing the sign out front first that said 50% off of everything so when I questioned him he said that the prices at the register were with the 50% off, seriously??? So he was basically saying the regular price is 120.00???!! Give me a break and then he told me the owner wasn't there when I asked which was so convenient as well. I don't know how Wildwood actually allows crooks to operate on their boardwalk!
