Acorn Campground

We were supposed to stay at their sister campground King Nummy. They gave us a spot there that was too small for our rig and did not have any spots open. So they sent us to Acorn campground. Best decision. Sites were so much bigger and nicer. Office staff was wonderful. We will stay there again.

Absolutely love this campground!! It's my new go to when wanting to come down the shore!! Love having the best of both worlds and it's a 15 minute ride to the wildwood boardwalk!! Not to mention it's conveniently around everything. Malls,food, gas all within a 5 min ride. And the price for the campground for the season at 55/54 per night is a steal!!

Bathrooms are very clean and the pool was well kept and maintained. The sight was perfect for us. Jeanie was very well equipped to answer all my questions. I'm booking again most definitely. Also the same jewelry sold in Cape May shops at 40 bucks is also available at the camp store for a fraction of the price. Homemade as well by a camp resident with the same sea glass. I bought 4 pieces.

Great place to camp year round or over night ! Not like a parking lot, they actually have trees !!

When we arrived, the staff was super helpful in getting us to our spot. Kids, bikes, and happiness all around. The store has most everything. The pool, was amazing after a hot day.
Only downside, and it has nothing to do with the staff or park, was those biting flies.
Already checking my calendar for next year!!!

Very well kept campsite that caters to seasonal campers. Our site D67 wasn't anything to write home about but we were in the Wildwood and Cape May area to do things and not sit at the campsite.

Much improved over a few years ago. Bathrooms are regularly checked. Office personal are friendly. We are there regularly through out the season.

I love taking our yearly family camping trips here, we have been coming for 4 years now and will continue coming back. The entire campground is clean and kept up, very spacious and the staff are nothing short of amazing. There are two pools here, one is a kiddie pool with a fenced off 1ft area which is great for the small children. I love that in order to get into the campground u need a key card which keeps unwanted guests out. This place is awesome, u need to visit

This is our first of many seasonal stays. We love it here! Everyone is so friendly, they have activities for the kids on the weekends. Iona the property manager is really nice, so is her entire staff! My only complaint is we didn't do it sooner! But we are so happy we picked acorn!

Start of our 2nd year, has been so easy and welcoming! Iona and staff have been more then helpful. Iona is apart of family member forever now! We love it here even more this year!!! We will be "lifers" here.

Awesome, clean the staff goes above and beyond, there is only a few but they keep that campground hopping. The sites are large and well kept, there are a few sites that you can see they have been here for awhile but well kept. The campers there are nice and friendly. I felt very safe and comfortable hated to leave can't wait to go back!

This is our first seasonal .We love it here! Everyone is so friendly. Iona the property manager is really nice, so is her entire staff!we look forward to Many yrs here. With so many campgrounds with waitlist for a seasonal site we got very lucky.

We stayed here for most of the month of July and absolutely loved it. Everyone is so friendly and everything was nicely maintained. Iona was great, as well as everyone else that worked the campground. We will be back over and over again.

We will be back beautiful grounds tree lined roads plenty of privacy on the sites.The Manager Iona save my trip as the booking site had me on a tent site with a 35 ft travel trailer she immediately moved me to a rv site. The park is very clean and the entire staff is super friendly. Great location a few minutes from wilwood and Cape may. Thanks again see you soon

This is a great campground. Price was awesome, facilities were well kept and clean. Campground was quiet and very family friendly. I will be returning again. Thank you Acorns Campground for a wonderful stay.

Our family had a great tent camping experience at Acorn earlier this week. Large and well kept pool area with picnic tables and umbrellas. We requested a less shaded campsite while making the reservation over the phone a few days before our stay. The friendly staff put us in a great grassy campsite. We will be recommending Acorn Campground to our friends and family looking for a simple clean friendly campground while visiting Wildwood and Cape May.

Very nice and quiet campground! Wonderful sites with shade, and staff was very nice... close enough to Wildwood and Cape May...to enjoy the beach and night life without to much driving...will be staying there next year if available....

Haven't been to many campgrounds in NJ yet, but the sites are large, well kept, and pretty easy to get in and out. Only issue we've had so far is the bugs. 2 species of mosquitoes that are rampant from the wet spring, and green head flies at the pool. Rates here are low, but the staff here is 1st rate.

Always a good time with the other seasonals.

As far as the weekenders. They should have to follow the same rules we do. Animals should be on leashes
And as far as some of the other seasonals have been treated. Something has to happen soon. It shouldn't be the way it's happening. We have been there way too long to be questioned with so much.

Nice staff nice bathrooms and also no bugs or any nasty bathrooms being nasty 10/10 family experience

Stayed with a friend mid sepember. Beautiful and serene after Labor day.
