AT&T Store

Alex, CJ, and Madison were all AMAZING! They helped my husband professionally from the begin to the end of his process of switching providers/phones. He was the first person to get the iphone 15 pro max and bring it to their store to activate. It seemed effortless for them to get him a new phone, have it shipped and arrive on time, connect his watch to the new provider, and help him get new airpods. 10/10 recommend!!!

At had a very good experience on Tuesday at my AT&T shore in Rio Grande, NJ The rep came to me right away. There was no wait period. He was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. I could not have asked for better service.

The atmosphere by the staff in this store was excellent. I went in on 12/21/2020 and Angel was knowledgeable, relatable, helpful and better than what I have experienced in the past. I would highly recommend him and his staff. It was a nice experience and he saved me money. He helped me to plan out the right path to solve the problems I had with my existing coverage plan. Quincy was so helpful. We had a phone stop working while on vacation. Not ideal. We arrived at the store and thought our experience was going to be frustrating and stressful with the way we were greeted by the manager. I felt on edge and almost like I was a burden. However Quincy was extremely helpful knowledgeable and down to earth. He took care of our needs and had us back to our vacation in no time. Thanks Quincy!

Came in to the store this week for help with my phone. Morgan was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Will be exclusively looking for and working with her from this store from now on. I highly recommend you do the same. It’s hard to find great service like that in this industry, and you should never settle for less. I highly recommend calling ahead and finding out when she is available if you want to make a purchase as she will get you a fair price and honest answers.

We had a great experience at this store! Sandi was very helpful and informative about what plans and phones would be best for us. She was able to save us money with her suggestions. There was also an issue with my phone transferring all my information to the new phone. She was super patient and finally figured out how to get ALL my info transferred!

I had an amazing experience getting my new iPhone 11. Quincy from Rio was so knowledgeable and helpful and I would highly recommend anyone to go to him for any issues or buying a new phone ! Great experience at the Rio Grande AT&T store! Excellent service, very professional and courteous employees. It took a while to get what I needed done completed but that was not anyone in the stores fault.
Switching from one carrier to the other was very complicated on the former carrier.

Overall I am very pleased so far with everything that I have seen, as I expect the best service to provide me with many years of satisfaction.

I was greeted at the doorway. Unfortunately I don't remember the young man's name but the service I received was stupendous. He was very knowledgeable and solved my problem in about 2 or 3 minutes. I was a nervous wreck about going because I am electronically challenged but I was never asked more than I could answer and I did not have to purchase a new device. Yay.
