BEWARE! Hired Dylan Jamison's company to replace the metal window boxes, grates and garage hardware at my Ocean City home due to all the rust on the original pieces. Dylan was well aware of where the home was (ie. at the shore) and well aware of the climate and elements. He knew the original problem was with rust. He told us the items he provided "would not rust for years" and even provided a written one year warranty. The items were installed last summer. The grates started rusting by fall. Every single item he replaced was rusted by this March. He will not make good on his warranty. Here is the written reply he sent to me regarding the problem: "There is nothing else i can do for you Gina i feel i have already gone above and beyond i can not control the weather." So despite being well aware of the weather in Ocean City and despite providing a one year warranty I am stuck spending thousands of dollars on items on my home that are once again covered in rust. I am disgusted with Dylan and his company. I DO NOT recommend them.
