Recently purchased a new car from Turnersville Kia. My sales person was Steve Sheppard. He was absolutely awesome! He was very compassionate, and empathic, he listened to me, and addressed my concerns. He worked very hard on my behalf, and I appreciate everything he has done for me. Also everyone I had contact with was honest, courteous, and professional. I had a very positive experience at Turnersville Kia.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Turnersville KIA, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I called and spoke with Lori, to working with my salesman Steve, the sales manager Anthony, and finally wrapping up with Josh in financing, every step of the process was seamless and enjoyable.

I highly recommend Kia of Turnersville! I was so pleased with my salesperson Scott. He really heard me and help me choose the best vehicle for my needs. I didn't go in expecting to walk out with a brand new car. I am so happy that I chose this dealership. I worked with the sales manager, Shy and then Dayle in the finance department. I really felt that each of them heard my concerns and were able to answer all of my questions. My experience was truly terrific.

Vince Melfi was just the best! This young man was very patient with us, old people! He patiently took me through looking at cars and explaining the options for each. When my wife showed up, he helped her to choose the Kia Soul that we just love! He stayed patiently with us for over five hours until all the paperwork was done with the trade-in and the new cell. He clearly explain all of the procedures to us, so that we knew exactly what we were doing. He’s just a great guy. In a great dealership.

Went into to Turnersville Kia yesterday not quite sure what I wanted to do with my leased car. Whether I would lease again, buy new or buy out my leased forte which I love. Met with Josh Kohler. He took the time to explain all options to me . What the deals would be with each scenario and helped me come to my decision. No pressure what so ever. It was a great experience and Josh is a great guy. This is my second deal with Josh and my daughter has also made two car leases through Josh. I would highly recommend Josh Kohler for your car purchases.

Josh was so patient and extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining the best route for us to take when purchasing our vehicles and being cost effective. I just went here recently because my car had 2 recalls and I just want to say what great customer service and experience I had. Everyone was so nice and friendly and my car was done right away and they even vacuumed and cleaned my car when they were done. Will definitely visit again and recommend to others. GO SEE CYNTHIA! I knew I wanted to trade my car in, however, I wasn't sure that I would actually leave with everything I wanted. Or if i would even be able to trade it in as I was turned away from another dealership. I figured "what the heck , let me try Kia." From the minute I walked in the door I was greet with a smile by Cynthia. She was so friendly and welcoming. She gave me multiple options and helped me pick the one that best fit my needs and budget. She is very knowledgeable. She was able to get me the best trade-in value on my current car and sent me off in my dream car, a 2024 Kia Seltos! I was never pressured, or felt forced into anything. We chatted about life. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a salesperson. When it came to signing and financing, they explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I was in an out in under an hour. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and HIGHLYYY recommend Cynthia for all of your new/used car needs. SHE'S THE BEST!
