This a great place! I fully recommend anyone looking to get a used car to try this place. They allowed me to have my own mechanic check out the car I was going to purchase before the final deal. Ralph and Tim were very professional.

I am always weary about purchasing a car from a used car dealer. I have to say that this dealer is awesome. He stands 100% behind his vehicles. We worked out the numbers to work into my budget and into his. He said to me, that if theres anything wrong and I mean anything bring the car back to me and I will fix it, since you bought the car from me. No problem. I had bought my car and it needed some things done to it that came about after taking it home and driving it for about 2 days. I called him with the things that needed to be done or checked, Ralph had me come in and drop the car off and he said he would go through all the things and fix whatever needed to be fixed. 2 days later he calls me and he fixed the things that needed to be fixed.
I'm very impressed by this dealership and I would return again and again. Ralph and Rhonda and the rest of the employees are very kind and pleasant to deal with. They are a very busy dealership and now I can see why. I am a very satisfied customer of his now and will be in the future. I trust him and that is something that is hard for me to do.

Before I jump into some of the reasons why they are awesome here, I wanted to start there — they are awesome.

I would come back for another car and would recommend here to anyone looking for a vehicle that may have been denied by another dealership or even didn’t receive that “family vibe” from the staff.

I’m personally big on when businesses feel like family. Where you step in and it’s just easy, it’s comfortable, you can laugh, and have conversations beyond the purpose of the business itself.

Anyway, not looking to draw it out. If you want some good people, good cars, and knowing you’re being taken care of by local folks just like you and I, this is the spot.

And we got to leave with this beautiful SUV that we needed.

12/10 recommendation for a used car place. I bought a 2003 Honda accord last week and they let me take it to my mechanic to look over it and he said the mechanics of the car is in excellent condition with brand new parts! Beyond that I had minor issues with my air, window, & door which was all fixed within a week. Excellent customer service as well, I bought my car back to fix the minor issues at any time of day and they fixed it on the spot in minutes. Ralph sold me the car and was super kind and accommodating, and all the other staff are really kinda as well.

They staff and management are so helpful and understanding. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to shop here!

When I went to Turnersville Pre- owned Auto- I was impressed, all vehicles were esthetically pleasing to the eye, then I met Tim. Such a honest, kind man! So pleasing to talk with. I had my eye on a gun metal VW Jetta with black rims- but a bit above my price range.
Then I met Susan, who was beautiful and so nice and I trusted them both right away! They're very real and not pushy, they tell you what's what, the car comes with a warranty and they'll fix anything on the car in their SERVICE AREA! This closed the deal for me ( and the great price they gave me!).
Susan and Tim went above and beyond! I love having no car payment, low insurance, and my beautiful Jetta! Thanks for everything! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My coworkers recommended that if I needed a car and have bad credit, to go here. So I looked around and test drove a couple of cars til I landed on the 07 Hyundai Sonata. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. And I explained that I could not find an affordable car insurance with my bad credit and they had one for me to call while I was in the process of trying to get this car. So it made it so much easier. And they gave me a great deal on the car and the insurance was perfect. I would say if you are like me and have bad or worse credit, but you have the money to make bi-weekly payments, go here. They helped me out later on my car when I broke the door handles off. They were able to fix it for me with no issues. I wanted to wait to post this review til I was able to pay it off. And it only took me a little over a year to pay it off. I cannot recommended these people enough. Everyone is great. Try it out. You will be pleasantly surprised.

From my experience with this dealership they make sure you are satisfied it's more about good business then the vehicle. If your worried about something going wrong like I'm sure most people are,you should check and see if they have a car you like because they are going to make sure you are happy and that is not going to happen in a lot of other places.

This place is the absolute best ! I bought a car from them a few months ago and it was quick and simple. Any time I have EVER had problems (minor) they have always fixed them. I got into a situation recently that was not their fault or mine and they arranged to get my car towed for me and are going to be looking at it tomorrow. They truly go above and beyond ! These are really good people and that is so hard to find in this industry . Buy a car from here and you will be so happy you did!

Ive purchased a honda pilot from these wonderful people during this crazy pandemic in May, and they have made every step of the purchase very easy. They keep in contact with you and even send out payment reminders. They also work with you if you need anything.They are not pushy people, they listen and genuinely care. I recommend this place to anyone who is in the market of purchasing a new used car ir truck. My truck looks and rides as if it was brand new. The miles were great on it as well. Over all I will buy from them again.Thanks again guys for getting me into what I want.

I went to this dealership looking for a car that fit my budget. Not only didI get a good deal, the car I got for that price was more than what I was anticipating. Good prices great cars and even better people. They took care of me from day one, And worked with me, on payments especially during the pandemic. GENUINELY GOOD PEOPLE. Recently paid off said car and sold it to a young driver who just got her license and she loves the car as well. Thank you Tim and Ralph and your families as well. Highly recommended.

I purchased my vehicle from here in March. The owner and staff were great with helping with the financing part. But the best part is after the purchase the staff has been great. The main word is honesty. I take my car here for everything. They do oil changes and any repairs that are needed. Prices are very fair and I completely trust what they say. I highly recommend this car lot. I will definitely be purchasing more vehicles and I will be doing business with them again. Thank you to Ralph Susan and the great staff. I was actually recommended here by some close friends, and man am I glad I took the leap. The shop always seems to have customers leaving with a smile on their faces and I was no exception. I came for an oil change just to test them out and they had my car ready within an hour at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be trying them out again when I need a new car.

This place is incredible. I have been here before and I brought a car here and they were nice ,but this time I went back and again and by the time I was leaving I was crying. Amen finally I didn't make a mistake. The whole staff was nice and very patient and very honest. If I had came here before I wouldn't have been going through a night mare in a month. If you are looking for a good car in your price range. I advise you to go here. (Susan Murphy) a beautiful lady did everything very quickly and her daughter as well. And,I believe her husband and the main manager were the best . This place is the only place I will go for my future cars. The cars are clean and there office is beautiful. I purchased a used vehicle here about ten years ago. A 1996. I never had any problems with this vehicle at all from time of purchase. The occasional maintenance routinely that needed to be done was normal. And I have come back to this place to purchase another. The company is trustworthy with their used vehicles and you can rely on them to offer you dependable vehicles especially when you are desperate for transportation. They wont take you for a 'ride' (no pun intended). If you ever find yourself in a situation with an issue after purchase they are willing to be accommodating to stand behind their vehicles. I have found them to be honest about their used vehicles and will tell you if they know there is an issue they are working on with a vehicle you may find interest in and will offer you their future solutions in resolving them, and also will give you a general idea when the vehicle will be ready for sale if you want a vehicle they are working on. They also have a mechanic shop on the premises and have regular customers that come in for other services and routine maintenance other than just their used car sales. They have experienced mechanics on duty as well. They do have a buy here pay here, and also cash payment sales on their used vehicles. Very nice people managing, they have many repeat buyers that bring their family members also to purchase vehicles, of which i came to learn while i was waiting my turn, and we, the customers, began friendly conversation which makes it like a big family of staff and customers that have a great community and commitment to this company. They have nice customers and people have been happy purchasing and doing business here...and I am looking forward to coming back and buying again when I am ready to purchase another vehicle that I want.

I have gotten a couple cars from this place. Everyone was very friendly and laid back. No one hassled me or lingered while I looked so I was very comfortable.
