What can I say about W.C.S.S yhe staff is amazing and extremely helpful when you have a question or 2 the rates are reasonable as well. So of I were to recommend a place that your need for local extra storage this is where I would send you.

Excellent storage options over the years, I had to move in a hurry and when I had the time 6 years later to deal with my extra belongings everything was safe, dry, and protected!

Very nice place, very nice people.
Good office hours. Reasonable prices.
Some other places try to lock you in like a gym membership (“sorry, you have to notify us by the 15th of the month if you want to leave”).
No such shenanigans here. Very honest.

Colleen and Vicky went above and beyond my expectations to find me available units. I had a very short time line and they where able to deliver as promised. They helped me through the billing process and made it an easy transaction.

Vicky, who answered the phone at West Creek Storage saved my life. After several encounters with other storage units, she let me know of both a 5x10 unit available, and mentioned that an occupant of a 10x10 was leaving shortly and I could possibly upgrade. After having a terrible tragedy at my home, one that forced us to leave, West Creek Self Storage came as a saving grace.

The staff is wonderful, friendly, and very efficient. They got me what I needed very quick, walked us to our unit, and even cleaned it out for us! They even walked us through payment details step by step! I would 100% recommend to a friend!

Very clean, affordable an accommodating. Was in a bind as the closing date on my house got pushed back we needed a unit immediately and was happily helped out. Staff is very friendly and access hours to your unit are very accommodating to anyone's schedule. I would recommend West Creek self-storage to anyone.

Had a pleasurable experience with Larry the owner signing up and cancelling. Needed a unit to store some clutter to sell my house, once sold I had to cancel. If I need storage in the future, I will definitely use this place again. The unit was also clean and accessible.

Secure and clean. Easy to get to. Reasonable rates and friendly service. I stored mattresses there and other bedroom furniture for 2 months with no problems. Would definitely go back if needed be.
