Beautiful little park in a rustic setting. There are not a lot of improvements here, but still nice. The sections of chain-link fence are pretty rough looking. I would definitely not recommend that small children and dogs be allowed to run around freely. It is a pretty long drop to river, with no easy way down.
Loved it!

"The Falls" is a summertime hotspot not only for local strongholds but it's a growing tourist attraction with more out of Towner's visiting for a place to spend the day in the water. There's no lifeguard but there's usually a harmless group of middle aged Men gawking at the girls in bikinis diving into the water from the top of the Falls. I personally like to bring my speaker and provide music to create an audio energized vibe in my visitations. Going upstream means tighter trails and a little bit of hiking but more beautiful swimming areas with big somewhat flat smooth rock to lay down your towel and accessories for a comfortable swimming at the river day.

Great photo ops. Just don't get too close to the scary edge. (The photos were a distance from the edge 😏) Water was pretty muddy due to the snowfall run off, but I'm told summer is clearer water and more people around. People even cliff jump and swim by the underground cave in the summer, so I'm told. Glad I visited. Worth the stop!

Julie & I have heard about the falls, driving through town have easily missed them many times yet they are a 50' drop. They as are fed continuously by a reservoir miles up stream. This little rural town boasts of three large parks. A park city.

This is an iconic place. Used to go there back in the day as a teenager drink beer watch people jump off the cliffs. Can't do that anymore. But my good old friend Ben is building a house across the street so kind of went back in time. One would say we time traveled.

Very beautiful falls. Lots of walking areas to get right up to the water too. Cliff diving, shallow spots for kids and overall clean too.

Nice creek & waterfall practically to the side of the road. Depending the side you enter, it can be a bit difficult to view the waterfall as it is right below.

It continuously changes from hour to hour, day to day. Throw in the changing seasons? !.one week it's running so low and slow you can sit under portions of the falls! The next week if you sat in the same spot? One of two things would happen? You drown? Or you end up in the next town down river. I believe it's Bridgeport? Great local park.

One of my favorite places on the planet. I've been coming here since I was a child, and now I bring my own children with me so they can enjoy the beauty of it as well.

A real nice area to go to reflect & relax, the park is on the river so it's easy to get to the Falls. But one has to be careful nearing the edge as the cliff is a bit crumbly and caution should be used, just explore wisely at the Falls. The rest of the river is safer to a certain degree but watch your step again.

Beautiful falls and Crystal clear water. It is nice in summer to swim and have fun with family. River is extremely healthy and supportive to local wildlife and even safe enough to drink on a regular basis . I was able to see several people who use this water source as their drinking water .

Fun place to enjoy the day or a bit of leisure time, places to park, but be careful of the high banks near the edge, especially in rainy season, other than that enjoy the view & tumbling falls, it's awesome for a small town...
