Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis

The course was a great challenge, well kept and good diversity in length and layout. The rough was insane with no forgiveness. I lost balls when I know I was just off the fairway, perhaps a secondary fairway cut or raking out the dead cut grass from the rough. It definitely deserves several more visits if you want to improve your game.

I find this course to be a good challenge. Greens were slow today but fair and consistent. Layout is also good with a good mix of holes lengths. Routing is a bit weird and would be rough to walk since there is some distance between some holes. This place is built pretty close to houses so an errant shot can land in a backyard.

I play in a senior golf league. The course is wide enough and fair enough that even us old guys are able to get around it. But even from the gold tees it plays 5600 yards. So from the white or blue tees some of these are very long holes. The condition of the greens is excellent. The fairways are great. The rough if it's wet is thick enough to be a problem. This year they reduced some of the oversized sand traps that they had which helps and they also put real sand in, so overall this is a five star and as a county course is very inexpensive

Last couple of weeks playing this course has been a pleasure. I've noticed that all the work that was being done towards the end of last year going into early this year has really paid off and the course is in peak conditions right now despite the fact that the aeration started on the back nine this week (small holes on the green so minimal impact). I typically don't write reviews but then the folks at the course do such great work, I just got to let everyone know what an amazing job the folks working at the course are doing!

Sharon and her staff do an excellent job in satisfying the needs of golfers! The course is in very good shape. The layout is nice and is also challenging. The cost is very fair.

Amazing customer service! Kelsey helped make my grandfather’s birthday extra special by helping me buy a gift certificate all the way from SC!! He loves this course and plays all the time. Thank you for everything!

Recently attended a murder mystery show, with alot of audiences participating, laughs and fun!
As for the food it was good and prepared by the kids that attend a culinary school located at the restaurant facilitie, assisted by professional chefs.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience this evening. With no reservations we were given a nice table and the flounder was delicious. The Chef came out and spoke with us. The server/service was excellent. I highly recommend a visit when in the area.

Food was delicious but potatoes were a bit over roasted. It was the best vodka sauce I ever had, and I’ve had many! Bloody Mary’s were great. Staff were attentive and accommodating. Nice surroundings.

Such a cool piece of golf history in such an unexpected place.

The course can be wide to very narrow depending on the shots. Fairways are rolling large wave like undulations. Something that Tom Fazio builds on in the future. Greens were in great shape despite weather conditions we played in. The course also had very native plant life to the area. A true gem! I expect to play here everytime I visit Tuckerton.

Course was in good shape for April but there was still a lot of leafs left from last year on paths and between fairways... Played on a Sunday and found pin placement difficult on many holes which slowed up play... Will see what it. Looks like during the week.

Hands down the best county course in NJ! Fun design, incredibly well maintained, excellent food and cheap green fee.

Did not golf here so I can not describe that experience for you but I can tell you its very well maintained. Many people play here even though you do have to drive your golf kart across radio rd. to get to parts of the course. Personally I think thats a little dangerous, but hey.
