El Rancho Mexican Restaurant

This place is amazing, found it a couple weeks ago. Everything is fresh and the salsa is out of this world. Real authentic Mexican food and my chicken fajitas were the best I've had. Unfortunately I heard the owner is retiring so new owners will be taking over in March, hope they keep their receipes and the same quality of food.

The service was alright but the food was pretty good. Definitely get the queso...Mix in the salsa and it's amazing. I put it on everything we ordered.

Great food! I had the chicken & steak fajitas meal and it was delicious. They also served us very quickly and host was friendly. Prices are budget friendly too

Just moved to the area and decided to order through doordash. They sent the wrong salad for my daughter. My rice and beans were cold. And my chimichanga was ok but was just shredded chicken in a tortilla. The sour cream was gritty. Probably won't order from there again. Pretty bummed I spent $30 and not satisfied.

The best damn Mexican food around, period. Gina is an excellent chef and everything on the menu is delicious. The portions are also huge! I highly recommend the molcajete, but bring your appetite because that dish is a beast but it's so worth it!

We ordered through doordash, first time ordering here. I am super sensitive to spicy foods, however my bf is not and loves all things spice. So I got a salad and asked for cactus in side since I’ve never had it. Order came and food was great! Salad was fresh and chicken tasted good. They had a sad face to cactus on side which was cute. Bf was impressed with food too. Will definitely order from here again with the cactus on the salad since I liked it!

Hands down the best Mexican food in the area. I found this gem shortly after we moved into the area. The service is great. Huge portions for low cost. If you love Mexican cuisine, be sure to give El Rancho a shot. You will not be disappointed! Anyone posting a poor review of this place obviously works for a competitor.

Real deal Mexican! Love this place! The BEST ranchero burrito with chicken shrimp steak smothered in awesome sauce!!! Gotta get it.

We love this local family owned restaurant. The food is always good with reasonable prices. We've been eating here for at least 8 years and it is the best Mexican restaurant around. We drive up from Somers point at least once a month, even with two Mexican restaurants in town, this one is much better with better prices. I think we've had every item on the menu at this point and never had any complaints. My husband always takes salsa to go, he likes it so much. The stuffed poblanos are my favorite but everything is so good I never order the same thing twice in a row. The service is fast and friendly and every server we've had has been bilingual so no problem if you speak Spanish. Menu has food names in Spanish with English descriptions. I have never had room for dessert so I can't comment on that. We've had groups of 8+ and service was still fast with no difference in food quality. Little bit limited on drink selection and alcohol is BYOB. Drink selection is my biggest issue there(mostly sodas and water) and I figure if that's my biggest complaint I'm doing pretty good 🙂.

Food was absolutely great! Will definitely be back again. Had the tacos, quesadilla and rice it was all great! Prices are really good too

I just ate a fantastic lunch there this afternoon. It was affordable and the food was excellent. It truly made me miss my grandmother's home cooked Latin dishes. It is local and I hope in the near future they begin adding more Latin restaurants to this small community. My dish was fresh and the sauce they used on my dish was extremely tasty! I will be eating there again soon enough and trying a new dish each time.

A good little Mexican Restaurant in a strip mall. The food is good and the service is friendly. Lots of people get take out meals.

We eat here regularly and have never been disappointed. The portions are large, the food is good, and the service is excellent. The Arroz con Pollo one of my favorites.

Best guacamole & fresh salsa! Everything is made right there when you order. The workers and owners are some of the sweetest people!! And their food is THE BEST! The chicken nachos could feed a family of 5 there’s SO much!

Large portions, fair price and a friendly staff. Definitely a great alternative to the same old stuff.

I love the food here. I drove 40 mins and bring my daughter. I loved it when I lived closer too. Always large portions and everything is fresh. I love the el Rancho quesadillas with beef and chicken. Its byob, the atmosphere is homey, and welcoming. I tell lots of people about this place, so of course I would reccomend and I would eat here again.

One of the best meals I've had in town since moving here.
