Mastercraft Discount Tire

Ernie went above and beyond to assist with us four new tires for our Sprinter van. We were passing through the area towards NYC and our tires were worn. We called and gave him our details, he set us up the next day and he and his staff were beyond accommodating. Not knowing who you can trust when you’re not from the area can be challenging but Ernie was incredibly professional and we appreciate his expertise and knowledge. Highly recommend!!!

The guys at Mastercraft were so pleasant and helpful! Took my car in for an oil change, they were quick and efficient. Definitely recommend, I will be going back for all my cars services.

I had the most wonderful experience here on 2/2/23. Ernie was so kind from the moment I walked in. Not only did I have the best customer service, but it was efficient as well! I had to get my tire plugged, and was back on the road within 15 minutes. They made sure to check all of my tires as well. I forget the name of the man who took care of my car, but he was awesome as well! I cannot underscore enough how kind and efficient the staff at Mastercraft are! Thank you!

Outstanding facility and service! Would not hesitate to recommend Mastercraft of Tuckerton to anyone needing vehicle servicing. Very friendly, professional people, very organized and well equipped shop! Every time I go, they are responsive and seem to know just what to do, and they do it! I had to have an evap system part installed, to pass NJ inspection on my Jeep. I fought with it for about a week, on and off, trying to get this part on. I was under the gun and driving around with an expired sticker and a "Rejected" sticker as well! I stopped in and asked if they could just install this part for me, not even caring how much it would cost! I just had to go through inspection! The gentleman who worked on it put it on the lift and literally installed the part in about 2 minutes! I'm a computer guy, not a car guy so...I get it! The owner had him send me on my way for no charge! It was so easy (for them!)! So, I did go back and tip the tech for his work. I passed inspection just after that. Thank you very much, Mastercraft of Tuckerton! Every community needs a shop like this one!

Great guys to work with. All the other local shops that I normally use were telling me that they needed 2-3 days just to do an oil change on my Subaru. So I figured I’d stop by on my way home and they got me in right away for my oil change. Told me that I was due for brakes fairly soon. Place was very clean and professional. I own 3 cars and we will be sure to forget about our normal shop and change over to this shop. Really impressed on how professional this shop is.

Was offered an appointment the day I asked for, but was not expecting. The manager himself took the call with a very positive attitude and desire to make a happy customer. My car was seen on time and the oil change happened in a timely manner while I was able to wait for it. Despite my car needing a less than common motor oil, it dud not slow the progress of the job. All employees that I dealt with were great

I called cause my tire pressure was low ..got air and it was fine but the light was still on..spoke to Ernie said come right over we will take care of it..got there and they took my car right away..went in to the waiting area which is beautiful and clean..my car was done in about 10 mins. They were all so pleasant and professional from the time I walked in till I walked out ...I am a very happy customer here..so if you are looking for a honest reliable shop to take your car to Mastercraft is the place and ask for Ernie such a great guy..and I had a nail in my tire by the way ...and I didn't get the techs name but he was very nice also

The best shop in town. My family and I have been coming here for years and we are always in and out! Ernie and the team at the mastercraft tuckerton location did a great job at taking care of my car in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and my car was taken care of. I will definitely be taking my car back to them for any other repairs or work. Got a flat. They are triple a authorized! Got a tow right to the shop and they changed my tire and got me back in the road quickly thank you!

We were camping nearby in Bass River and my tire pressure light went on. Took our car to Mastercraft the next morning and they fixed it quickly and cheaply—saved our weekend! The folks there are so nice. We really appreciated their service!

Service was excellent!!!! I broke down on a Friday evening visiting tuckerton for the weekend. I dropped my car there, and he did emergency service. I had my car back Saturday morning. He could have charged me double, but I paid a very reasonable rate. They are very professional and reasonable. I am coming down again for the weekend to have him do my brakes.

The manager, very courteous, and very thorough with the work being done on your car, a clean atmosphere going to the auto mechanic, sometimes can be a journey, but this journey is worth it. I recommend the shop highly.

Ernie went out of his way to help me with our flat tire. I have a model that is fairly rare to find. He called in favors to get the tire I need within 2 hours otherwise we would have had to find a place to stay overnight. So gracious and helpful!
