US Eagle Federal Credit Union

I went in the bank it was very busy. The drive through emptied out and that lady actually came out front and helped me instead of sitting there waiting for her station to get business. All of the ladies seemed very happy like the loved their job. It makes such a difference when people are happy instead of just waiting for quitting time.

The woman who helped me was great. She was patient, understanding, very knowledgeable. Trustworthy. I appreciated her very much. Not sure if I should put her name here but she’s the manager of the Farmington branch. Thank you.

Had to relocate to another city in my home state.I had been a member with my old Credit Union for MANY years. I now live farther away from my previous credit union where they could no longer provide the services I need. I inquired with a few other credit unions but was not met with the shared knowedge , friendliness and services that I experienced with US Eagle. I love a Credit Union that covers all my financial needs. I'm very happy I was able to find one . Thats US Eagle. I am proud to be a new member.. Thank you Susan. Thank you all.

Opened an account easy. Had access within about 10 days. New to their union, but know from much experience, that other big name banks are in it solely for PROFIT. Stick it to the capitalists, and choose a credit union, do yourself a favor. 👍

US Eagle provides an extremely friendly and courteous atmosphere. All employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. No long wait times to receive service.

Banker helped us get the loan documentation submitted so that we could purchase the vehicle that my wife and I wanted the very same day. Thank you Tiffany.

Tricia did an outstanding job answering all my questions with a great smile on her face even though I had many. She even took the time to explain what options I had, and I really appreciated all the time she took without making me feel like a number. Other places made me feel like I was on a time limit, and just hurried up. Tricia was very professional and I am glad that I had her as my Financial Consultant 🙂

Staff is always warm and friendly - like they have known you for years and they also remind you of things you may have forgotten- my money feel safe with this bank!! Love the people who work there !!

She took the time to listen to me with a smile. Excellent representation for your organization. I look forward to dealing with her again and with your Credit Union. I did my research and the interaction yesterday only affirmed the right decision I made in joining.

Trina Dunn was awesome to deal with. She made it fun getting the loan. Y'all need more people like her. She was relatable. She just overall helped us understand numbers and was willing to go out of her way to show what numbers would look like in different scenarios instead of just brushing off our "what if" questions.

Tricia Mangum was a lot of help and made setting up an account, the easiest thing I've done that was at a bank. Also I didn't catch the ladies names up front but, they were super helpful in transferring my money from one bank to the next. Also, very helpful on what I needed to do in the final steps. Everyone was in a positive mood and all so helpful. I can't wait to bank with US Eagle ☺ P.S this is my second bank I’ve dealt with and I think I’ll never leave Eagle, after that experience.

I have seen some of the reviews and I wasn't there so I can only speak from my experience. Every time I have gone there I have had nothing but a good experience. With the exception of the Rent A Cop they had for a brief time... But that is another story.
The ladies have always been super helpful, friendly, and attentive. I have had no issues with any of the loans I have with US Eagle, nor has there ever been a problem with any transactions. I would recommend this branch any day.

US Eagle has prompt and friendly service not just on my most recent visit but always. Staff is always willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. Very happy being a member!
