So far it has been great.

Nice clean and secure storage units. No contact rentals can be rented online with immediate possession. Reasonable rates. Many sizes to choose from. This is a gated property.

Ive had my storage unit for almost a yr and im still waiting for my free first months rent, also no backup power on the premises so if you have a generator in storage you wont be able to get it when you need it, nobody on site to voice your concerns to or to ask about the sign out front that says first months rent free because its just a gimmick to get people to sign up Online

Would rate a 0 star it possible. This place is not a safe place to store your personal items. Our unit got broken into and robbed around Christmas, they took close to everything. All of our children’s gifts etc. I was paying for tenant insurance, but since the perp picked the lock, I didn’t get compensated, due to no sign of forced entry. Also this company would not release video footage to the police. Very sketchy company. 0/100 would recommend, STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The owner does not care about the customers apparently and does not follow policy on making sure you have access to your unit when you are suppose to in the time frame of the company policy is! Love paying for a unit I can’t still get into, customer service doesn’t return calls as promised either unfortunately, now I see why the turn around at this location high.
