Best experience I had so far. And I have to thank Jolanta for the most relaxing massage. She really hit all the spots I needed. Very professional, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Complementary glass of sparkling wine after relaxing massage was like a cherry on top of the cake. I want to thank to all personal there, they are very polite and can explain everything to you with smile on their faces. Thank you for making my day off really worth it.

Had one of my most memorable pedicures here on a girls weekend. Leslian and Laura made sure my friend and I felt truly pampered. Pleasant conversation and total relaxation. Highly recommend!

Laura was the best host after our treatments! She was very attentive to our likes of drinks and chocolates. It was a happy ending to great service!

My husband got myself and bestie a day at the spa and it was amazing! Ezna who did my facial was so nice and did an amazing job. Stephanie did my nails, she was so nice and funny. We truly had a great time getting our nails done with great conversations. It was like being with friends and getting pampered. The constant checking in on us if we wanted chocolates or drinks by staff was also a plus. 😊

What a beautiful, relaxing experience to wind down! I booked a reflection spa massage which included a Swedish massage, champagne, lunch and all day access to the biosphere (hot tub!) for an amazing deal! Ashley and Laura were so attentive to ensure I had the best of the best! Ashley’s massage technique was superb! Really took out knots and tensions in my shoulders, neck and upper back where I didn’t know I had! I was able to be fully zoned in my self care experience. I make sure to book a treatment at least once a year, sometimes more. The staff and atmosphere are so great! I highly recommend Jolanta for any type of massage. She is amazing!!!

I am not the type of person to write reviews but I was absolute blown away by the massage I got by Todd Goodrich. He immediately put me at ease with the quality of his massage. I have never had better! His hands felt like he was conducting music on my body. You can tell he’s been developing his craft for long time. He was easily able to switch between therapeutic strokes and deeper touches (but not ever too hard) in the places I needed it the most. It was as if he were reading my mind! I melted into the table. There were times I felt like he was a chiropractor or some kind of doctor who specializes in muscles only you could sense how much he cared with every stroke. I seriously melted into the table. I know many women prefer female masseurs. But, if you can take a risk and try Todd, I promise he’s worth it!!

Had an incredible time at Reflections from start to finish! The receptionist was lovely, and my masseuse, Sandra, was great. I came in with a lot of knots in my shoulders and back, and I feel so much better coming out. This was the perfect addition to our trip - definitely would recommend!!

Reflections spa is my favorite in NJ. The treatments, as well as the care the team take to make you feel welcome, are above and beyond. Today was my birthday, and without even knowing this, Laura gave me extra chocolates because she actually noticed how much I enjoyed the first one during the wonderful post-treatment foot soak. It made my experience feel like a celebration. And Juleanna at reception was so kind and welcoming, and helped me make another reservation within my time limitations. Thanks so much to both of them; can’t wait to return!!

We had the most wonderful time at the spa. Ashley gave the best massage I’ve ever had. The pressure and care to my most sensitive spots was perfect. She stretches and massages at the same time, which is heavenly. I can’t wait to come back and spend the whole day.

This past weekend, January 2024, I had the most amazing facial with Elizabeth G at the reflections spa! I’m in my 40’s and have been getting facials for many years and I can honestly say this was THE best ever! Elizabeth incorporated massage into all of her moves and I have never felt more relaxed…even when that bright light was turned on! I highly recommend the spa AND go see Elizabeth G!!

We had a great time for Thanksgiving and the rest of the week. The service was amazing as well as the food. I had my first spa day since the pandemic and the Reflections Spa and pedicure from Stephanie and Diana was phenomenal! I was physically, mentally and emotionally rejuvenated. I plan on going back for weekend stays in the near future.

Went on a day trip with two girlfriends. I had the most incredible massage from Donna! Told her where my pain points were and she took care of them! When I was finished, I enjoyed time in the salt and warm foot bath section with my friends and Laura, the hostess of the area. She was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

We had the best experience! Everyone there was amazing! Leslian and Stephanie were fantastic and so much fun for our nails and Caitlyn was an amazing facial tech! I highly recommend all these amazing women! The spa itself was so relaxing and everyone was so sweet and attentive!

Highly recommend a massage at Reflections Spa At Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ. Ask for Ashley. She did a FANTASTIC job!! I had a lot of stress tension in neck area and she really “opened” it up. She worked VERY HARD during the whole massage and the experience was VERY RELAXING! I also recommend the resorts Reflections Spa and Pool Daycation Package!
