This place far exceeded our expectations. Food was delicious and artfully presented. Duck wings appetizer was out of this world with flavors. Paella was also excellent.

Delicious and relaxed! We had crab cakes, seasonal veggies, loaded jojo's, roasted beets! Also craft cocktail was spot on! Waiter helpful and attentive. Highly recommend 👌

Cannot rave enough about how fantastic our night was. From the moment we came in we felt welcome. The matradee greeted us with a warm smile and sat us promptly. We sat at the "chefs table" and what a treat. We met the lead chef Jimmy and got to enjoy watching the whole kitchen prepare works of art! The food is 5 stars the cocktails were made perfectly also 5 stars. Over all a wonderful experience. I had the pork chop special which was the best pork chop I've ever had. We also started with brussel sprouts and a house salad (so fresh). Thanks to all the staff again.

Talk about silver linings! Red Hills Kitchen's new outdoor dining area is amazing, and we can't get enough of it. Happy Hour specials, a delicious new menu (the Halibut, risotto and steak bites are my faves), and a really lovely wine by the glass menu makes this THE go-to spot for summer afternoon enjoyment in McMinnville. Safe, comfortable and so good - we'll be back every week.

One of my favorite bars! Wish they were open more days since I work weekends. I’ve only had small plates but everything was delicious and looked amazing. Amy is so friendly, talented, and made me excited to come back.

Sat at the bar but loved the experience. Amy is a jewel and made us feel like family. Definitely will continue to recommend it as we have in the past!

We just enjoyed a wonderful early dinner at Red Hills Kitchen. The service was welcoming and efficient. We enjoyed a few wines by the glass, the Capitol oysters from Spencer Cove Washington, sweet, delicate and not at all briny. The duck wings were fun and very crispy, the salmon was cooked beautifully and the seafood appetizer was very nice. Overall a great experience, I am sure when we are in the area we will return.

The food was delicious and came out quickly. The ambiance is warm and stylish, and the staff was friendly. You order and pay for everything at the restaurant and the food is brought to you at your table.

I will voice a complaint in my displeasure that they include a 20% gratuity in the bill up front, while ordering at the register, regardless of party size and before you have a chance to evaluate the quality of the service or the meal. They don't tell you that gratuity is included, so if you're not vigilant, you could end up double-tipping. That may be why they do it, but it's a bit of a cheap trick for a purportedly upscale establishment. It was also off-putting and soured an otherwise pleasant dining experience.

Really good food. We just ate off the starter/share menu and everything was delicious. The various pickles were particularly good and really added depth to each dish. One item was excessively salted, to the point of being inedible, but it had to have been just a mistake because broadly everything else was amazing. We told the server and he took it off the bill so no big deal. The food came out almost too fast- didn’t have time to enjoy my cocktail or order wine with the meal. I’d go back in a second though. Normally I avoid restaurants associated with hotels but this one is exceptional.

We had the most amazing culinary, waitress, and atmosphere experience all rolled into one. Our guest who couldn’t eat peanuts or sunflowers was able to relax, knowing there was no cross contamination in her meal. The best dessert ever was donut holes for the table! The charcuterie board was lovely and equally delicious. We will be back soon!

Great jumbo shrimp cocktail and to die for 'Pot de Creme' which is a thick chocolate pudding inside a glass dish covered with homemade whipping cream and served with mini shortbread cookies. (So delicious!) Beautiful indoor and outdoor dining, excellent staff, food and service. Tried the canned Milk Stout and it was yummy. Great place to eat, drink, & be merry.

this was a great place to eat and have drinks at. The food holds up to what was written up in Wine Spectator. The bartender knew the drinks really well and the customer service they give by even helping me multiple times up to my room with food or drink. We also had lunch here and the take the food to another level for a small town. I can't wait to return to this hotel and restaurant. I wish every hotel restaurant was like this one.

Had Valentines Day dinner here. Impeccable service. We were seated with a view on the kitchen and it was a joy to watch. Great wine selection as well as other alcoholic drinks. McMinnville definitely deserves it place on the food scene and this restaurant is contributing heavily to that. The deviled eggs wit wasabi and roe were to die for. The wasabi was not overbearing but was just the right amount to bring out the flavor. The roe gave it a nice salty taste. Main course was a perfectly firewood baked salmon( amazing crust) on a bed of leeks tossed in butter . Served with a balanced lemon sauce ( again, nice blending of the flavor) made this a great entree . I had almost asked for some bread to scoop up the remainder of the sauce :-). The truffle fries were among the best I had. Finished with a nice cheese platter and some port. Definitely going back

We stayed in McMinnville for our anniversary and came here twice in three days! Ben served us both times and was amazing. We were nervous because this was our first outing in the pandemic and we were made to feel to comfortable and safe. The food was delicious, get the donuts. It’s worth it. ;) Ben was so friendly and made us feel at home. Thanks for the amazing weekend!

With outdoor dining available, after shopping at Thursday's downtown farmers' market, my friend and I decided to continue to enjoy the cool afternoon for Happy Hour at Red Hills Kitchen located in McMinnville's Atticus Hotel. Our waitress was most helpful in recommending the perfect cocktail for myself as well as providing excellent service during our entire dining experience. We were very pleased with our meals which were served in a very timely manner and served hot. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Holy moly! We came here to give it a try. The dinner menu is a bit sparse and what is there can be a little intimidating. I mean deviled eggs with wasabi and trout roe might be delicious, but I doubt I’ll ever know because I don’t think I can get past the idea. I think we were all wondering if maybe we should go somewhere else, and then our waiter came over.

Brian, was amazing! He patiently answered all of our questions, brought samples, and then offered up an off menu option - a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup and small salad. We all jumped on it, and an order of truffle fries as an appetizer.

The truffle fries were THE BEST FRIES I’VE EVER HAD. I swear, if they were sold on the street, they would outsell crack.

The grilled cheese sandwiches were a mix of several cheeses, served on thick, crunchy slices of bread, and the tomato soup was rich and delicious.

Absolutely heavenly!
