Been in trucking for 52 years retired from Fedex Freight after 13 years got bored then went back to work with BTI. An Awesome place to work especially if you have retired and decided you still want to work some more. Great Management and shop Best place to work if you want to work.

Drivers don’t take care of their trucks. One came into our shop with almost 20 codes and 200% soot rate. They expected us to work miracles & get it all done in two days. The man in charge was very rude, cussing and hanging up on us when parts were delayed which was beyond our control and we tell them no shipping is ever 100% guaranteed. He’d been told that morning that the parts more than likely wouldn’t be there that day, but it only became an emergency that afternoon at 2 pm when the driver needed to leave by 6! He then proceeded to call other dealerships in town looking for the parts and was also rude to them. Said one dealerships had all the parts which wasn’t true. We went to 3 different dealerships to get the parts and all stayed late to get it done and out. Left a bad review only for our parts department only telling part of the story.
