Despite my lengthy review, I still cannot fully express how thankful I am for their help. Within minutes of my call, Landon had arranged for a trustworthy restoration team to meet me within the hour. I was shaken after experiencing a house fire, but Landon handled my call and questions gracefully, patiently, and professionally. He explained everything thoroughly, sometimes repeating himself due to my lack of sleep, and left me with a sense of calmness, knowing that I was in good hands. Landon has continued to provide updates and responds to my questions promptly through text or phone. If you ever need insurance assistance, I highly recommend Landon Samuel and his team, Ashley and Jessica.

Landon and his team most especially Ashley I’ve been guided by and provided only tht most knowledgeable service and solid kindness and compassion. My father prior to recent passing was insured with This location and I was as well prior to some moving around in Louisville and they will take care of your needs in a timely fashion and I do feel they helped me get the best rates and the coverage I was looking for always. If you’re in the southern Indiana area particularly Floyd, Clark and surrounding area do yourself a solid and at the least get a quote, quotes are alwys super fast and free also. 20 years...1994 to 2014, I have been with Landon Samuel and State Farm Insurance. The reasons why are many, so lets start with the basics. Landon Samuel is one of the most honest and truthful men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing in my life. I am 44 years old now, I have known him since I was 24. To me that says a lot by itself. State Farm is a A+ Insurance agency, and Landon Samuel is a A++ agent. I have had Car Insurance and Renters Insurance, and have been pleased with the outstanding service I have received. My rates are competitive. I have had maybe 4 claims in 20 years, I was responded to by Landon and his office, immediately. My claims were processed and paid fast. He regularly updates me on my insurance level, has informed me clearly of my policy, and benefits that State Farm offers. His office staff are very well trained, polite, and eager to assist with any questions. In short, I have been treated like a valued friend, not just a customer. I would whole heartedly recommend Landon Samuel and State Farm Insurance to anyone who appreciates Honesty, Truthfulness, Value, Integrity, Customer Service, and the comfort/security of having one of the best Insurance companies in America, along with one of their most outstanding agents.
