Customer service 10/10 very knowledgeable and polite! Dropped my car off a day early not expecting them to get to it until the following day. They called me a few hours later, letting me know they were able to get a look at my car sooner than expected and explained to me what was wrong and what was needed. I was expecting my car to sit over the weekend but they were able to get the job done the same day I dropped it off I had my car back the very next morning! I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on! THANK YOU!

I've been going to Clark's since I got my first car 15+ years ago. My parents went there before me for 30+ years. If you are looking for some honest mechanics that give advice you can trust, this is the place. From oil changes to major repairs, they get it done. Super friendly staff and outstanding customer service, I'll be a loyal customer as long as I live in Missouri.

Very honest and reliable! They take the time to explain the problem, and the urgency you need to take to fix it. I've been using them for years to fix four different vehicles, and I have never been disappointed! Great family owned business!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They give you a detailed explanation of any issues with your vehicle as well as other options if they can't do the repairs.

A friend told us about Clark's about a year ago and that's all we use they are very friendly very professional and they will always tell you what you need and they will not do anything that's unnecessary. When they tell you it's going to be ready at a certain time and day that's what they mean. I'm glad we found someone that we can depend and rely on.

My family has been patrons of Clark Automotive for 40 years. They are honest in evaluating the issues, knowledgeable about many makes, and fair in their pricing. I moved away from North County a few years ago, but wouldn't take my son's 2008 Pontiac anywhere else for service!

If I could give them 100 stars I would! We have been going to Clark's for about 3 years now. But my whole family goes to Clark's and has for about the last five years. They are always honest!! Loved the place my husband referred me to the clarks because he takes both his cars there and their reasonable with great customer service!!! I usually take my car to the dealership where i purchased it from but was very pleased with the service.

My husband and I have taken our 2009 Malibu there a couple time and they have been absolutely FABULOUS!!! Michael drives big truck over the road and I go with him so when we take the car in they have absolutely no problem us leaving it there till we get back!!! They are so COURTEOUS and VERY INFORMATIVE about what needs to be done!! We will continue taking this car and any other car we get to them because they are very TRUST WORTHY and do excellent work!! Thank you Ken and your whole staff for always helping us when we need it!!

Ken was very professional. He check my car out from top to bottom. When done, he found out that one of my issues is covered by the dealer. He didn't charge me anything. Thanks for the honesty I really appreciate it.
