This NAPA store in downtown New Albany, IN is awesome! 5 star service and they actually listen to the customer and want to help. I feel so blessed that I found this NAPA store. With all the beat up old cars we have to drive in my family we need allot of Auto Parts. The managers and store employees deserve special recognition for going above and beyond because now days that is very rare.

I own a small taxi service in Southern Indiana, we run different makes and models of vehicles and any time I've needed help diagnosing the problem the staff at Inter City are very knowledgeable and helpful. They almost always have the parts in stock or get them for me that day.
More importantly for me, they not only carry low cost parts but also carry high end parts like Federal Mogul and that's what I need to keep my taxis rolling with less down time.
I really do get the right parts at the right place!

This location recently had a change of ownership . The new owners have been in the NAPA parts business for many years and have complete product knowledge. They recently helped me find the right part for my vehicle at a fair price and can do the same for you.

When we have trouble finding the parts we need for my vehicles, NAPA almost always have what we need in stock.

Auto Parts stores can be hit or miss. These guys usually do what they can to help you out. I recommend them very highly.
