I started bringing my cars here after Big O on State Street lost my trust. And I couldn't be more happy with the service I've received. I've found Mike's prices are much better than Big O, and they really try to inform you on their products.

Last time I brought my civic there they pulled a dent in the rear bumper and fixed a front headlight, without my asking and with no charge.

Very rare that you go to a mechanic and they charge you LESS than the estimate. The reason? "We got the job done faster than we expected, which saved you money on labor."

What an amazing staff. We were headed to a car show and broke down right by their shop. They were quick to help diagnose the problem, locate the parts for a difficult repair, and found us a place to stay while the repairs were done. Very knowledgeable and honest. They went above and beyond, making our stop in town a memorable one. I wish this shop were located in our hometown!

My son suggested that I take my car to Mike Smith for new tires a few years ago. I did and have not regretted it for a minute. They are very convenient to just stop and get my tires rotated. Went to Mike Smith Firestone through a recommendation from a friend, and I have no regrets. Great, friendly customer service as you walk in. Serviced my vehicle for AC compressor and they did a fast and excellent job. Cost in the end was less than what was quoted, which was a plus. Will continue servicing my vehicle there.

I took my Cobalt here for many years to get the oil changed, filters replaced, etc. and was never overcharged. Always offered fair, great service and quick service times. I quit going here in about 2014 or so and have since bought a new car. Last week I needed help with my tires and remembered this Firestone. They took care of me in an hour on a Saturday morning when they were very busy, and it was a very fair price. They are still just as good as I remember them years ago.

Friendly service! Was quick to repair a flat tire due to a bolt in my low profile tire! 20 bucks!

We’re from out of state and needed a tire repaired after experiencing a flat on the Interstate on Sunday night. First thing Monday morning Mike surveyed the damage (the tire was beyond repair), recommended a used tire he had that would fit our 4Runner, mounted it, and had us all set in 30 minutes. There is not a better place in Southern Indiana to go for tires. They sold me the tires I wanted for a reasonable price and got the job done in half the time they quoted me. My Audi is rolling better than ever.

Had something in my tire and the employees here were so friendly and helpful, whether it was over the phone or in person. They had my tire fixed in less than an hour and the price was so reasonable I thought it was all too easy! Thank you all so much for the great service!
