In an effort to help a homeowner with a claim after this last weeks storm, I had a particularly frustrating experience with an out of state adjuster. Chris took the time to actively listen to my concerns, offered reassurance to the policy holder and in every way one could ask for, exemplified what it means to render true customer service. 90 percent of problem solving is caring. Couldn't have asked for a better person to point me in the right direction. Thanks Chris, the world needs more of you.

Been with AllState for quit some time, they have been very good to my family. Unfortunately there was one time that a policy had lapsed and they failed to Notify me. I did contact him and we were able to work it out I recommend them for everybody thank you I’ll give them five stars

I have been working with Mr Page, Mr Wilson, and their staff. They are very good to work with making sure I have the right coverage and also helping me to clear up some billing problems I was having. I wish all business people were like them! They could put others out of business if word gets around.

I started out just checking out my previous insurance Co of 18 years. Packy and his group got me a matching coverage for a lot less money. Cheri Greenweld one Packys team took me though everything like a freind. I'm 72 and don't change easily but the extra money will come in handy knowing we're fully covered with a well known co.
