A nice, quiet store. Despite being a pretty small location, they have a decent product selection. The employees I encountered were friendly. The displays throughout the store looked nice and fresh.

I just got out of the store Jay’C food store. I just have to say Judy the cashier was perfect thank you Judy. Wesley, the bagger, the best bagger ever! I believe that other baggers need to work like Wesley does. thank you Judy and Wesley. !

From it's size it may surprise you to hear, but this little grocery store is actually quite impressive. The deli section is small but they offer all types of fresh seafood and cuts that you want. Right inside the entry is a florists section where they create fresh flower bouquets that we've used for several special occasions over the years. The bakery always has sweet treats that are made fresh daily and in house baked breads. Their produce section is always full of the seasons best. We appreciate their commitment to good food and good services.

Competitive prices and speedy checkout. The store has a wide selection of food, produce, and household goods. Store brand (Kroger Brand) items are affordable and high quality. Store is modern and clean. The store does an excellent job of opening up more checkout lanes if a line begins to form.

I think a regular schedule on delivery trucks would help this store so much. They say that kroger gets their trucks within a 2 hour window on scheduled deliveries (100% of the time!) allowing the workers to be there to get the product unloaded and stocked ASAP. Jay C however gets truck deliveries any time of the day causing major troubles with abilities to stock the product. The employees say they can not schedule help to work the trucks when they arrive because it can be anywhere from 8 am until 9 pm. Hopefully people understand this and don’t take it out on the employees because so much of it is out of their control.
Its a very nice store, very clean, and everyone was wearing masks and pre cleaning carts! Plenty of parking and I heard that a fuel station is soon to come there this year!!

Great place to get together on any occasion!! Also a great place to shop!!

I love going to Jay C!!! Love the Deli staff so friendly, The whole staff very helpful when looking for things they will take you to the product you're looking for! Plus the deli sells Grandma's potato salad, best store bought potato salad every!!!!

This store is exceptional. The layouts of the different departments are convenient. The prices are good, with helpful sale promotions. The meat department easily rivals the best in the region. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Always clean! Major plus. Friendly staff and to top that off every employee is treated good at the store. JayC is the only grocery store I go to since I moved out here 19 years ago. Helpful- friendly staff.

This is a wonderful place to shop. They are so friendly from the time you walk in till you leave. They have a great variety of food and produce too. I love in Louisville and travel to shop there. Small town feeling with big store variety.😁.

Love this location! Just want to tell you all you're doing a great job! And shout out to the guy working out in the cold and rain today getting all the carts together. I went to Kroger on State St today and there were absolutely no carts at the entrance and no one outside to get the carts! I was going in with a baby and I was not going to go out in the rain looking for a cart while caring around a baby. Went to this JayC instead and and the guy was getting carts back and forth in the rain and even came up to me while I was loading my groceries in the car and got my cart from me and I didnt have to walk around in the rain with the baby to put the cart away. Thank you so much! You made my day!

I love shopping at Jay C! Whether it's a long shopping list or just a quick trip for a few things, I think it's the best! For checking out they have people to help you find the best lane, they also have express lanes and they now have self-checkout lanes!

I have never actually been to Jay C but my friends brought me a baby shower cake from here and oh my god. It is literally the best cake I have ever had in my life!!! It is AMAZING! I could NOT stop eating it! It is the perfect amount of soft and fluffy with an unbelievable buttercream frosting ... nothing at all compares to how good it is!!!!

I love the Jay C store. It carries many choices and yet still small enough to be friendly.

This is a nice home town store.....they make you feel like you're an important customer......always willing to help find an item for me. Everything is stocked neatly.....produce is beautiful and fresh.

We really like our small town grocery. It has all you need and prices are good. The staff is nice. The store is clean. Good deli.

Staff is always friendly & knowledgable. If u don't know where a product is, just ask a Staff member - they typically will walk u there & thank u for shopping. Store is always clean & well organized
