I purchased a new water softener from Frey Water Conditioning just over a week ago. I compared pricing with a plumber and a couple other providers. Frey, by far, offered both the best price and warranty! In fact, the plumbing service that quoted me gave a price more than double what I paid Frey for a product equal in quality.

I discussed the sale over the phone with Tina, who was pleasant, professional and answered all my questions clearly. Installation was handled by Clayton and Zach. They were both knowledgeable and did a great job! I highly recommend Frey, and ask for Clayton & Zach to install for you! You won’t be sorry!!

We just bought a house on a well and it already had a softener installed from Frey. I had never heard of Frey before this, but luckily their contact info is on the screen.
Paul has been super helpful and patient explaining what I needed to do to get the softener to work appropriately. We also had coliform in the well and he walked us through disinfecting it again. We had already tried bleach and the bacteria was still present.
We originally bought Morton solar salt because the tank was completely empty the day we moved in. Our water was soft, but still brownish.
We now have good salt from Frey and have clear, coliform free water!! I’ll never buy salt or get water advice from anywhere else.

I have never been on a well system and recently moved into a house with a well. At closing, the seller told me they had Frey water conditioning equipment for 20 years and I should have them install for me. After a couple weeks of moving in I called Frey and had them come out to access the house and give me an estimate. I was told a simple conditioner and whole-house filter was all I needed, and they could have it installed within a couple weeks. The guy did an iron test on my water and could have easily up-charged me for items to be installed that I did not need. The iron is so bad that within that first month, my tub, toilets, washer, fixtures, etc were already stained with iron.

In mid Feb. my water was smelling horrible, like faint sewage. I had a well company rip me off on a pressure tank installation because mine went out. They quoted me an additional $8000 to install equipment to get rid of the odor as well.

Immediately after Frey installed the conditioner and filter I used Iron-out to clean everything. It has been 6 months and the iron is gone. I also visited Frey for filters in Feb. and asked them about the water odor. I was quoted $1400 for the same system this other well company quoted me $8000 for. I was told I should wait a couple weeks until the water table changes and see if the smell goes away. The smell went away in a couple weeks.

This company earned my trust big time. Highly recommend them 10 stars!

When we called to order Paul closed off the deal providing even more essential information to further help our issue. It's so refreshing to deal with and help out a small family business... and to further help the deal, Paul is quite easy on the eyes.

Frey helped us tremendously with our water issues! Our water went from a green/yellow hue to crystal clear! They were straight shooters that knew we didn’t want to break the bank to fix the issue. They are awesome!

Bought my water softener from Frey 3 years ago and I have never had a problem with it. The few times I've called with questions about operating the system they were very friendly and helpful.

Called and were able to get someone out the next day; very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to fix our "problem" (valve wasn't turned on) within 5 minutes. Will definitely use again!
