Shout-out to Morgan and the team at J. Nicolle. Another well-known salon did a terrible job on my elderly mom's hair. After nearly 3 hours, they still hadn't cut her hair, the color didn't take and her entire back was soaked from them trying to shampoo her hair. Bad enough that they didn't charge us anything. Mom is going to a reunion tomorrow and now we're scrambling. I called this place and they took her last minute. They were great, understanding and friendly. She ended up with a great cut, color and service. Best salon around.

Jessie is the best! She always does a great job and she listens to what I want! She helped me transition my hair color to stop coloring (go naturally gray) and did a fantastic job! Been using her for a year or two now. Thanks Jessie!

Love my hair! Ann is an AWESOME professional who is excellent at making you feel comfortable as she cuts and styles your hair. Emma at customer care is the BEST! She greeted me as I walked in, very helpful during check out, and answered all my customer care questions.

My stylist Courtney was amazing. She kept me comfortable the entire time I was here and my hair was exactly what I wanted. Everyone at the salon was so nice and accommodating.

The chocolate facial was so relaxing, I know I definitely dosed off and snored a bit. My skin is glowing and feels so great. A nice way to treat myself today. The staff were so nice and helpful and can't wait to come back for my haircut.

The salon is beautiful and in an easily accessable location in downtown New Albany. COVID procedures were followed perfectly with everyone I saw arriving. The whole team at J.Nicolle is awesome but we worked with Katie. She gave my daughter amazing service and was so attentive. This was my daughter's first real salon experience and it exceeded her and my expectations. The cut is very cute and styled so nicely. My daughter hasn't stopped looking at herself in the mirror since we got home. Thank you Katie and the staff at J.Nicolle we will be back for more services.

I was originally scheduled for an appointment at 5:30 but the stylist was out for the day so they called and made accommodations for the same day with Anne and she was GREAT! Kailyn(I think is the receptionist's name?) is always so kind every time I've talked to her on the phone and always hypes me up when I leave. The vibe is relaxed and service is exceptional!

This is my second visit to J Nicolle and I will continue to return. My stylist is always on time and does a great job. She listens well and makes terrific recommendations. Being an Aveda salon, you have to love the shoulder and hand massages but never feel as if they are pushing priority on you. I would highly recommend Leslie- she’s terrific!
