Eye Center of Connersville

In 2018 I was losing my peripheral vision. I went to several other doctors with no answers for my problems. After consulting with Dr. Timothy Beaty, I finally had an answer. He suspected and was correct that a pituitary tumor was pressing against my optic nerves, causing my vision loss. I am so thankful for his knowledge. Dr. Beaty and his staff are compassionate, professional, and friendly. Thank you!

We have had some problems at another doctor office and the eye center was so happy to take our whole family on. They got the family in and took very good care of the kids. The doctor was patient and kind with them. They all needed glasses. The staff took such good care of them!!! We are so happy we moved abs wish we did a few years ago.

I give the Eye Center of Connersville and Richmond 5 stars in every category. The staff is very helpful and kind. The Doctors are top notch. They take the time to explain any questions you have and make you feel relaxed.
They have the latest technology equipment and the office areas are always super white glove clean! 🙂

Excellent place to get your eyes taken care of. The ladies at the front are nice and super helpful. Dr. Beatty does a fantastic job making sure you are comfortable and does a great job explaining what he is doing and what needs done for the patient. I've been going here for years and have never had a bad experience.

I have been very impressed with the care I have received. All the staff and doctors have been very professional and kind to me during my cataract surgeries, plus being straight forward with me on my progress. I have appreciated each and every one of your staff. Thank you so very much!!

I just love the Eye Center of Connersville! My kids and I just had our annual exams. Everyone that we saw at the office, from the front desk all the way through to the optometrists, were very pleasant and down to earth. It really makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. We weren't rushed and felt we were genuinely taken care of. We won't be going anywhere else.

Everybody in the office and around the desks are so pleasant to talk with and share but my favorite person there is Dr. Tim Beatty. He is a joy. Plus he works with me and tells me what I need and how to go about getting any eye situations I may be facing rectified. He is a blessing to have as my eye specialist. He tells it like it is.

I've never been more thoroughly examined or more completely satisfied with the doctor's explanation of my condition to say that the doctor knows my eyeballs intimately would be an understatement. The staff there was so kind and helpful in courteous I will absolutely refer anyone I think needs help to this facility and I myself was referred there not only by my doctor but by my neighbor who has been there and was also very happy with her experience as she told me that she was bringing me to my appointment. Thank you so much ladies you made it all very easy call me at a very scary time in my life.I also am hypoglycemic and had an attack while I was there and they knew exactly what to do and jumped on it immediately and felt better within minutes thank you so much for ladies are you truly appreciate all your help

The staff is friendly and thorough. They do text reminders and follow up. Had a problem with my lenses cracking and they are getting them replaced for me under warranty. Best place for people with eye issues from other health problems such s diabetes plus they also do new glasses there as well.

Love the Drs here. They are very good and fun to be around. The appointments are on time. The exams are very thorough and not rushed. They have technology to show year by year comparisons in your vision. They have quickly worked me in a few times as a walk-in when I had something in my eye.

Eye Center of Connersville is a gem. The staff is attentive and professional.
Dr. Elise provided a comprehensive exam, answering all of my questions. Liked the large selection of frames to choose from at their office! Have my new pair of glasses ready for the holidays!

I called on Friday and they were able to get my son in first thing Monday morning. The Dr. and staff were extremely helpful with answering my questions and explaining our options . Fast, friendly and most importantly they explained his eye care needs and what to expect in the future.

Besides the interaction with Dr Elise Beaty, I did have interaction with 4-5 other personnel, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed by anyone, they definitely take each patient’s needs and concerns seriously.

I have been a patient at the Whitewater Eye Center in Richmond for over ten years; had my cataract surgery there, and have been treated all that time as well for glaucoma. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff! Special kudos go to Dr. Risch (glaucoma specialist) and Dr. Scripture (surgery).

Office got me in on short notice. Friendly and caring staff from the receptionist to the eye techs to Dr Beaty(s). Has a small town feel with professional providers. I highly recommend the Connersville office for all your eye needs.

These ladies are very friendly. I've also always been helped in a timely manner. They're getting a renovation inside the while office, so the new look is very appealing. Eye Center of Connersville is highly recommended.

Staff is great. I haven't experienced any excessive wait time. The Center helps make the unpleasant task of eyeball injections as easy as possible.

We highly recommend and have already done so to many people. The staff and Doctors are very professional and truly care for your health. They also have a great supply of eye glasses. Come take a look you won’t be disappointed .

Every time I go to the eye center they are amazing.. From the time I check in to the time I check out. They are very professional and friendly. They know u like a family or a friend. I been going to Dr. Tim for almost 20 years and I have always had a great experience!!!! Their prices are reasonable too!!!! Great place!!!!

Love Dr. Elise Beatty! She is great! All of the staff are helpful and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. The ladies that help you select glasses frames are excellent!
