Recently I needed the windshield replaced in my Subaru. One call was all that was needed. The windshield was replaced in my driveway. The staff in Terri's office are great.

Terri Waggoner has been my State Farm Agent since she originally opened in Floyds Knobs many years ago.  Terri and her staff have become more than just "a place to get insurance for my home, car, etc.;”  that's a given.  This agency is unique. It not only sells a "product", but has been a success by offering continued superior customer service and dependability over the years.  I recommend Terri and her agency to anyone needing more than just insurance.

I love my insurance company. I do wish I would have been told that I do not have a rental policy in the event that my truck was in an accident. It was. I know to look at the policy but I just that was automatic. Thank you for 10 years of non-stop service.
