Excellent customer service from the manager and the workers.very helpful and professional at all times.I love the Oregon location.

Needed a stove emergently and Aaron’s came thru with one on the floor we could take right away! Staff is always friendly and easy to work.

Mgr Joe extremely helpful and George from delivery was excellent answered all of my questions. He had to come back next day to put legs on my couch and he was really personable thank you all

My husband and I have gotten several things from Aaron's. Everything has been great and the staff are wonderful.

I like that you can walk in there with or without a credit history and they will rent to you with no questions asked. But, skip that payment (depending on your payment record usually and store) and they are either knocking at your door or working out an arrangement with you. I rented through their competitors for many years. So far back I rented a pager for a job that I had and when my husband and I got married we rented our wedding rings from there. Word of advice, if a rental place ever decided to rent jewelry again just walk on by because ours was junk even though they claimed they got it from a great jeweler the appraisal we got didn't even come close to the market value on the rental agreement. They went back! Back to Aaron's! I have been renting a bed (twin) for my husband for when he visits. Long story, not getting into the visiting part. I have to sleep in a hospital bed with my feet elevated so we need a twin to fit in the bedroom. We had it for a few months and now it's time to return it. It is still in basically brand new condition because on all of their mattresses and foundations they put protective (bug) covers on them and he barely slept on it. So Thank you Aaron's for the loaner until we could get our own in preparation for getting another place together! 🤗😁💓🙌

I loved this location and the customer service until... This new young lady name Melissa started working here. She’s very rude and unprofessional! She will call on a Monday and I’d say “I’ll be in on Friday” then she calls me everyday. I’ll tell her “I spoke with you yesterday and said Friday her reply “oh you did”? It’s very frustrating. Tonight she called and I had already spoke with another employee earlier today she asked who and I couldn’t remember off the top of my head she got really upset and hung up on! But we LOVE JACK and SHERRI!! Awesome team right there!! They always take care of us!

Would highly recommend. I heard mixed things about this place so I decided to try it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered assistance. Paige helped me find what I was looking for. She walked me through the application process and offered me water. GM Jack is very friendly and helpful.

Sherry was awesome helping me complete paperwork and set up delivery of a new Queen mattress and box spring today after 4 pm!
