Great place to visit, shop o simply with luck any day to relax listening the great, melodies on the 🎹 piano playing by a talent person music.

My grandson needed to get something nice and dressy for his Homecoming Dance, so I took him to the mall and to Von Maur to see what we could find. Once in there I asked a lady where I could find slacks and dress shirts for my grandson. She showed us, then she went and got this nice young man who helped us further. He took measurements of my grandson to get the right size shirt, then he helped us pair up a nice tie to go with the shirt that would best match my grandson's girlfriend's dress color. I asked the nice young man to show my grandson how to tie the new tie, but he didn't know how either, so this other female employee did it, then she rang us out and even helped me to apply for a Von Maur credit card. All in all, all the employees were very good at their jobs, polite, and helpful. This was the best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Thank you all!

This is a great store with excellent customer service. We were looking for new shoes for our 1 and 4 year old. The shoe department was busy but the employees were very helpful. Actually, the store manager helped measure and fit both of my kids for new shoes. We also purchased some new clothes for them (from the sale rack) and the associate there couldn't have been nicer. We had a very nice experience.

Come for the $400 sunglasses, stay *for hours* riding the escalator with your kids. They also sell ceramic sparkly donuts if you're into that sort of thing (which I am not, but FYI).

Although very pricey Von Maur continues to be rated the top department store in Indianapolis the staff is always friendly eager to serve the store is always clean and the piano is always playing I love going to the store it has great atmosphere

Men’s shirt department offers the best quality and variety of the latest styles. I’m never disappointed with my search, and the customer service is top-notch to boot.

This store is awesome, it's always been very clean and friendly people. The only problem is I can never find something I like. Please don't go out of business I still have hope that I will find something.

I love this store !!! I went today on the cosmetic area and jeny was AMAZING!!!! I love how easy she made my shopping and how she help me and another customer at the same time !!! She is the best and so sweet I will definitely come back to see her.

This store is awesome. I hadn't shopped her for a while. The clothing racks are organized, the area is spacious so that you can find what they have. And the staff are very personal and helpful. Most importantly the quality of the clothes is superior.

One of the best places at the mall. I shop the sale rounders and get great deals on very nice clothes. Yes, they have very pretty and expensive clothing also, but honestly, I very seldom have to look at the expensive clothing when I can get the great deals.

The best department store! It may be a little on the expensive side but there are always good deals with items on sale. They sell quality products and lots of unique items. It's a great place to shop for unique gifts and they also offer free gift wrapping, which is great if you need an immediate gift. The employees are always nice and helpful. They will hold items for you for a short period of time and also check other stores for items in different sizes if they don't have it in stock. The store also offers one of the best in store credit cards because they don't charge interest. The bathrooms are also the best and cleanest in the mall with a mother's room for nursing and changing babies. Definitely the best store at the mall. Just remember to check out the sales racks or sale room for shoes!

Associates came out of everywhere to help. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. Dressing rooms very clean. Love the variety in this department store. They even gift wrap.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff in every department especially Clinique, Chanel & women's clothing. The entire store & welcoming, knowledgeable associates are such a beautiful contrast to all the last year's isolation of covid. Also love the live piano music...such a lovely ambiance to shop with my friend!!

Von maur has always been my go to place to find great gifts for my family. They have a great range of luxury items and casual apparel and trinkets as well. I would highly recommend, but it isn't the least expensive option so shop around if you are making a big purchase. This way you know you'll get the best price. My favorite place in Greenwood Park Mall. Love the holiday decor and the beautiful store even outside of the holiday season. This is the type of stores we had to shop in in my younger years and I wish they would come back. Love the shoe room as well. Well done Von Maur for showing some class in this lackadaisical world we live in. You make it fun to go to the mall.

This is my all time favorite place to shop. This store is huge and has so much variety. . They have a great clothing area for men's, kids, teens, sports apparel and ladies clothing. They also have decorating for the home and a huge shoe area. I they have unique and good quality of clothing. I can always find something nice on the sale racks.

What a great salesman we had! We are on a tight budget and headed to my husband's mother's viewing and funeral. The salesman worked until he found a shirt in my husband's size that would work for what he needed. No easy task on a good day, let a lone what we have to go do. The salesman in the men's apparel was wonderful. Thanks for using your expertise to make this less than pleasant takes easier.
