I had a Pixel 8 that was having connection issues. The corporate Verizon store located on US 41 outside the Haute Center Mall could not transfer data from the Pixel 8 to my new Pixel 8 Pro even though 2 employees attempted it. They sent me to Best Buy down the street where they refused to look at the issue because they were closing in a half hour. I then went to the Verizon affiliated store inside the mall which was closing and the associate suggested taking it to the Fort Harrison Rd store which was part of their chain of affiliates as well and open until 9:00 pm. I walked in and explained the situation and within 20 minutes was walking out the door with a fully working phone! Dylan was AMAZING to work with and I had a very enjoyable visit while the data transferred. If you are a Verizon customer (or want to be) this is the only location you should consider. The corporate employees were inept, the Best Buy employees were only concerned about themselves, but this location took care of me quickly and professionally. I will never again go to the other places because I want customer service at the highest level and that is what this store provided. I will be a loyal customer at this store anytime I have a problem or want to upgrade my phone. They were simply outstanding!

My old Pixel 3 finally quit on me this morning, and Haylee helped me choose a new phone plus accessories. She took time to get me the discounts I was eligible for and then set the phone up so it was ready to use. She then talked me through other services offered by Verizon and showed me that I could save money on internet and streaming services without making me feel pressured in any way. Haylee took time to get those set up and tested for me, and I feel confident about using my new technology. She was very patient and helpful and even left her contact info in my phone in case I have any questions. I would highly recommend this store and Haylee in particular. She made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Haylee!

I had a superb experience with a gentleman named Josh! My current phone ended up breaking and needed a new one. Josh was able to help me get into a pixel 7 after letting me know about the great promotions. My interaction was friendly, professional, and patient. I would highly recommend going to this store for any of your needs. The guys up in the corporate office need to take note of this salesman. If you had a Josh in every store sales would be constant.

I've been with Verizon since 2009 and it has to be said that the level of professionalism from Josh was nothing less than simply outstanding! I'm very glad I chanced upon this particular store for an upgrade. The man is honest, genuine, sincere, remarkably courteous, and quite helpful. I'm very satisfied with the superlative level of customer service at this location. In all my years of traveling all along the eastern coast, I have never walked into a Verizon store anywhere, and left satisfied to such an extent. He provided me with all the options and advice I needed to fully maximize and optimize my new Galaxy S23. This guy is at the wrong gig, like a major league player at a t-ball game. Excellent and superb. 👌

Always very nice and helpful associates. Some other stores in town tend to be snooty sometimes if your not buying a new cell phone. I've always been treated well here regardless of the reason for my visit.

We had AT&T for over 20 years and were fed up with the service and lack of discounts for our loyalty. We know Tim through his dad. Had him switch us over and he even stayed over late to make sure our numbers switched seamlessly. Local family, go see him if you need Verizon help!

Very impressed with how knowledgeable and thougough Dalton was when troubleshooting the issues I had yesterday with my phone. I ended up deciding to upgrade. Dalton was intentive when I mentioned that i couldn't spend a small fortune. Unlike most in retail he wasn't trying to persuade me into the pricier options. All around a very pleasant experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer! As well as recommending this location to many. Thank you Verizon Dalton for all of your help! This man needs and deserves a raise for his excellent customer service!

After 30 years I was leaving Verizon due to how I was treated by the call in group. But the face to face today with Timothy, my expectations were exceeded. He is truly amazing. I will remain a Verizon customer due to the customer service I experienced today

This is a little late but the service here is amazing. Kenneth McClain was salesperson for me and my father. The whole thing was painless and quick, and he made it beyond easy to make the transition into our new phones. We actually came in to just have a phone looked at, and we ended up buying new phones. He was super cool, lighthearted, and funny, all the while making this process super easy and most importantly, understandable. He definitely knew what he was doing and he deserves every bit of credit for the sale. I will be back to this location if I ever have any problems with my phone or if I need a new one!
