I can’t see enough about Dr Bertrand. Very professional and compassionate. Best bed side manner you will find. My wife had a particularly hard case and he was always there to see it through. Hands down best dr you will ever meet. Never seen a dr complete wound care during an office visit.

Dr Bertrand explained everything simply enough for me to understand. Appointment was on time. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

I don't know anything about this doctor, but I just called the office and the lady that answered the phone asked for name, birthday and social security number for my son. I could be a confused patient thinking I'm calling a proctologist, why do you immediately want to go for setting up a chart? A simple hello and how what can we help you today? Would go a long way! I felt like I was calling the IRS becaise they were issuing a warrant for me and they wanted me to pay them.in gift cards...If the doctor can't hire friendly and helpful staff for families struggling through tough medical concerns, this gives me little confidence in choosing you as a doctor.

Now again, I don't have any idea as to what kind of doc he is, it's just his staff is off-putting to me.
