Comfort Inn & Suites Marion I-57

I loved my stay! It was pretty fun being a guest instead of an employee for once. Check in was very quick and easy, my girlfriend and I enjoyed the pool a lot, and the room was very spacious and clean. We stayed in a room with one king bed, which left a lot of extra space to move around in. The bed itself was huge and comfy, and we also had a really big TV (around 50 inches or so). I'm not sure if all the rooms have that big of a TV, but if they do that's a huge bonus in my book! The lobby was also really nice. I went down there to hang out for a little bit, and they have a comfy couch down there, and the coffee was really good! I forgot to ask her name, but the lady working during our night was super sweet, and even chatted with me a bit while I was hanging in the lobby. Overall we loved our stay, and I would jump on the chance to stay again!

Right down in the middle of whatever you want to do or eat..!!! The best part about their breakfast is that she cooks real eggs. Fried/scrambled. The building as a whole smells good and clean and is well maintained. From staying in hotels coast to coast due to work, this spot is one of the most convenient for doing stuff and one of the cleanest I've been in.

First time staying at this hotel and had an awesome stay. Beds were so comfortable and breakfast was very good! The pool and hot tub were also very nice and the water was warm. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice experience new hotel very clean great free breakfast. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The girls at the front desk were very professional and friendly🥰 State of Illinois taxes are way too high for out of state travelers 22% total🙄 but that is the only negative thing I can say about this place. $131 for our room but with taxes was $158. That and water pressure was too low.

Very clean, beds are super comfy, pool was nice n warm, breakfast was one of the best! This hotel deserves more than 5 stars 😁

We are loyal to Comfort Inn, staying enough to be Diamond Choice members.
All other Comforts (all hotels for that matter) should be as top notch as the Marion location. Spotless, even the friendly front desk agent was cleaning the lobby area, never saw that before, most are staring at their phones, not here.
The breakfast was fantastic, even real fried eggs, never encountered that at other Comforts. Very clean and another smiling face making the food. Thanks.

Wonderful hotel with clean, comfortable beds and fabulous complimentary breakfast. Met some very sympathetic and helpful staff after hitting a deer on the highway when headed back our second night. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We stayed the night at your hotel on 11/5/23. We got caught in construction traffic and it took an hour to go the last 10 miles. Tracie was at the front desk when we arrived, and there couldn’t have been a more welcoming person! She was very friendly and helpful, as was the staff the next morning. This hotel was just what two weary travelers needed!!

Really great experience staying here over night for a wedding. Clean room easy check in/out. Comfy beds, and really nice breakfast spread for the morning after. Definitely a good place to stay!

This place is 2 Star hotel by qualifications only. Otherwise this place feels like 5 Stars. The customer service is amazing, the check in was fast and easy, and they worked with us to move rooms after Priceline said “no”.

Room was great. Service very polite. Full breakfast. Pool and Jacuzzi was great.
This was a great stay. But... If you want total silence, don't get a room by the stairs, people stomp up the stairs. Can't do anything about that though. Go Salukis..

Room was spotless clean. Bed was very comfy . Front desk clerk very friendly. A very positive experience would stay here again without reservation. All other hotels should take note on how this place is run.

We had the king bed suite. The cookies at the front desk- fantastic. Great way to be greeted after 7 hours in the car with 3 kids. Room was nice, wish there was a little more sound proofing. Noise doesn’t bother us, but we have 3 young kids, so we worry about being the noisy neighbors. Plenty of coffee cups in our room (I cook the kids’ soup in them, some places are stingy and only give you two). Love having Swiss miss to put in my coffee. Laundry room was convenient & machines worked well. The pull-out could have been cushier & I wish it was queen size but it was one of the better ones I’ve slept on. Having the 2 cushioned ottomans A++ because my 4yo gets night terrors occasionally still & falls out of beds. Pillows work ok, but it’s a pretty big drop, so not the best. The kids all found food they liked at breakfast (they’re pretty picky eaters). They even had REAL fried eggs. We’ve stayed at a lot of places & the eggs are usually scrambled & weird (like maybe they were powdered or something?). If we’re ever driving through here again, 100% would stay here again. (We drove to Texas & are now on our way back to New England).

Spontaneous stay when my daughter got car sick driving home from a soccer tournament. Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was clean and felt new/remodeled. Beds were comfortable. Lots of TV channels. Good food options nearby. Well priced. Easy parking. We’ll see how breakfast goes in the morning.

I stayed here with my grandmother and my parents. The guy at the front desk was helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, Breakfast was good as well and the staff was nice. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

This is the cleanest Comfort Inn that we have ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was really good too. Staff was friendly and helpful and they also give free cookies to the guest. Very satisfied with our stay.

I traveled here for a wedding and I really enjoyed staying here. Room were clean, plenty of breakfast options, and there are many restaurants close by for lunch/dinner. For anyone traveling with a large group, our wedding party booked 4 rooms, and I’d recommend one of those rooms be the king suite with the kitchen/living room area. This provided a great area for everyone to gather and hang out in between wedding festivities. All in all, I’d definitely come back.

We visited here many times, and it has always been a great experience ! The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is so good 😋 and the staff are so helpful and friendly!

staff was very attentive, even during their chrismtas party (maybe? i never asked)
my room was spacious and clean (1 king bed).
this is probably the first time where everything worked in my room (microwave, outlets, fridge, etc)
free breakfast selection was great!
Overall, i had a really good stay here

We just stopped in randomly on a late night traveling. The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The bed was comfortable. The lady working the front desk was very kind. We even received a welcome bag with snacks because it was late and no restaurants were open. There was a nice continental breakfast provided in the morning which is nice when traveling. I was very impressed and would stay here again because Of this experience.
