F & B did and excellent job on my Nissan Altima. With the damage that was done I can not believe it was ever wrecked! It looks like a brand new car! The staff was also very helpful in keeping me informed! I definitely will recommend their service to anyone!!

My mother was in an accident that left her vehicle with repairs that 'totaled' her car from an insurance standpoint. She received an insurance check that covered the estimated costs of repair, but because the insurance company had totaled the car, the repair shop we had it at originally wouldn't repair it (only dealt with insurance). Because of this, we shopped around for smaller companies willing to work on her vehicle.

We found F&B Collision and contacted them. Dax and Noah were polite, professional, and accommodating. Because the vehicle was still drivable, my mom kept it while F&B ordered the parts. In total, I believe the car was in the shop for about 3 weeks. We did get a couple of completion dates that were missed... I believe there was an issue with one of the ordered parts being damaged, some additional damage found, and possibly an issue with technician(s) being out unexpectedly(?). We understood since these seem to be normal items to deal with when doing repairs; and, since it is a smaller shop, it's not like they can have another resource to take over the repairs if someone is out. F&B even covered the cost of some additional items to keep within the estimate. Much appreciated!

My mom picked up the car yesterday and it looks wonderful. She is very happy, so THANK YOU. I haven't checked under the hood yet, but I'm not expecting any issues. If we do run into any problems with the repairs, I have full faith that F&B will stand behind their work and make it right... But, again, I'm not expecting any issues. Thank you F&B for your professionalism and hard work. I'm glad we found you.

When my brand new car was involved in an auto accident in February, I sent my car to F&B Collision for repair. I am beyond impressed with the work Dax did on my car. It looks just like it did when i drove it off the car dealership lot. I am an extremely happy customer and I recommend anyone use this business for your auto body repair needs. Very professional, punctual, kept me updated (either from himself or his office staff) on the progress, and even sent pictures of the progress. I am one happy customer!!!

Dax drove out of state to pick up the new used door he’d found, after I crunched my minivan like an idiot in the drive-through at Wendy’s. It was the only one nearby that matched the color of my van perfectly. So he went and got it & put it on expertly, attached the original door panel with window buttons and everything - electric is perfect now. I really appreciate his hard work and skill. And I like his candid manner. He’s kind of a straightforward guy and that can be refreshing.

F& B Collision provided me excellent customer service. They gave me a very reasonable and fair quote, the work they did to my truck was excellent and it did not take him long to complete the job. I recommend everyone to go to F&B when you need auto body work done.

Even though it took an extra week to get the truck back, they waited an extra hour for my son to get there cause his work ran over that day. I would go to them again for sure, awesome people.

I will Definitely be bringing my van back here when something goes wrong. Today I walked in with them not knowing me or my story.
